This hotel is small and the rooms are dated, but it makes up for it in location and staff service. The front desk was super friendly and helpful. It is located steps away from Il Campo. Siena is hilly but this location makes walking fairly easy. Parking is not available close by so you have to walk a ways up stairs and hills with your bags. Overall a good option for our 2 night stay.

They did not share details for accessing the property in advance which left me being stuck outside for a considerable length of time. The hotel is very old and the furniture is antiquated.

Es hieß, das Hotel Parking und Frühstück habe, aber es gab dort keins der Beiden. Mit den beiden hätte ich schon sehr gerne gerechnet. Die beste und nächste Parkmöglichkeit war bei einem Stadium 12 Minuten (zu Fuß) entfernt. Frühstück wurde auch ohne Vorwarnung gekündigt, und niemand war bei der Rezeption für das Check-Out, sodass man zum Nachbar-Hotel musste für das Check-Out (und dann natürlich mit deren Ansprechperson zurück, um mit Karte zahlen zu können). Der Ansprechpartner des Hotels war aber abends gut zu erreichen und hat sehr bei meiner verspäteten Ankunft und Check-In geholfen, was meine Bewertung um einen Stern erhöht hat. Das Zimmer war bequem genug, und die Klimaanlage war auf jeden Fall für die Jahreszeit ganz nett.

War interessant da zu übernachten:). War bisschen laut gewesen..konnte man trotzdem einschlafen. Mitten in der Stadt. Man kann überall zu Fuß rumlaufen:)

While my room was fine, the second room’s A/C wasn’t functioning properly making my sister-in-law’s night miserable in the summer heat. The staff was informed of the A/C problem and they shrugged it off stating that it was working (which it clearly wasn’t as the room temp was in the 90s (mid 30s C). The service at check-in was great, they stored our luggage until the rooms were ready and the rooms were very clean.

Very convenient. A small property and very difficult to follow instructions as to how to drive there. Reception were very helpful in sorting it out. Breakfast in next door hotel but we didnt know , had to find it. Good.

Super bem localizado, a 30 passos da Piazza Il Campos, região cheia de lojas, restaurantes, cafeterias... Hotel com ótimo atendimento, boas instalações, tudo funcionando bem. Gostei e voltaria, com certeza!

The hotel was unique and the location was perfect. However, there was little bugs on the floor and on walls. The air conditioning was doing his best but it was not enough. The person I was in contact was easy reachable and kind.

Perfect for a weekend Trip without too many luxuriös. Staff very helpful and kind!

Parking instructions were provided however no address location provided for it so difficult to find. Parking was not convenient. The location of the hotel was good. Required a fair amount of walking to get to it from street parking location. Unfortunately we were given the handicap room and not very nice even though we had a larger room booked with no change in price. The second room we had for family was a little better. Only liquid soap dispenser in bathroom provided. The staff was nice.
