This was our second year of many more, God willing. We love it here. The staff is welcoming, warm and super accommodating. They take care of you. We always have such a fun time and there’s so much to do for both kids and adults.

I definitely recommend this resort! Everything from check in to dining, drinks and activities all top notch!! Can’t wait to go back on my next trip to Greece.

We booked the all inclusive in a villa, so top of the line. It had 2 bedrooms with 2 separate bathrooms. One toilet didn’t work. We called maintenance a few times and it still didn’t work. The AC in that same roo.never worked in our 3 night stay. Maintenance said they fixed it multiple time but never did. Our refrigerator light constantly flashed and didn't get cold until the end of the second night. We were not discounted at all for alm the inconveniences that should have worked properly in sn all inclusive resort. Really disappointed in the thousands of dollars we spent here. The mixed drinks were extremly week and just tasted like sugar.

Quite mediocre for LuxMe designation. Facilities are rather tired. Even before check-in we were told all restaurants were fully booked and buffet service was our only option. Staff try hard but poorly hotel seems to be amateurishly managed. Queues during meals too long, too many communication failures and chaotic planning. Our room was too basic, amenities were missing, food in general was underwhelming. Location and potential of the resort is wonderful but we will not be returning due to its standard being low.

The property is very children friendly although there’s a lot of steps to the pool, food was good, wide range in the buffet, Greek tavern amazing!

In one word WOW.

Terrible buffet!!!!! Reustrant dining bookings impossible, never seen a beach bar to close at 6.pm only available drinks is at main lobby till 11.i don't know mix feelings about the place my 6/7/and 10 years old kids hat a blast but to spend that kind of money parents shoul have fun too.

Alles war super aber essen can besser sein für 5 stern hotel. Strand . Liegen. Grosse der resort.

Great place for relaxing vacation

Beautiful beach. Amazing staff.

Property is quite big, and lots of stairs, a little harder on the elderly. But for anyone else, including kids, it's a great resort with many things to do. One of the best water parks in Greece and a beautiful sand beach. Front counter staff went above an beyond to assist us when we requested a room chance. Restaurant and store staff are equally personable, friendly, and willing to assist. The rooms are more on the bare side and we noticed this having previously stayed at a boutique hotel, but they are fine as you do not spend much time in the room. Going all inclusive made it quite easy for meals, and I must add, some of the best meals were at the beach restaurant - many options throughout the resort.

More gym options would be great

Grand hotel type resort, mais avec peu de monde à ces dates là. Belle chambre, beau balcon, bon pdj buffet et 3 restaurants à la carte dans la formule tout inclus avec une préférence pour l'asiatique. Rien à dire, après 20j de moto, c'est une lieu fait pour récupérer avant de rentrer en france

Like other all inclusive - food quality isn’t to good. Actually it’s pretty bad, when you consider the price for the stay. Rooms is also outdated. A lot to do at the resort and my kid was happy :). It’s best for Greek and Germans. It’s basically their main customers and you see that on the service and entertainment

Tolle Anlage mit ruhigem Strand. Sehr entspannter Urlaub. Als nicht all inklusive Gast sind die Preise in den Restaurants allerdings extrem überteuert. Aber in der näheren Umgebung gibt es einige leckere und günstige Restaurants.

Το ξενοδοχειο ειναι ιδανικο για παιδια. Χρειαζονται ανακαινιση τα δωματια.

Sehr geschmackvolles und schönes Setting. Mit Kleinkind absolut genial. Perfekter, sauberer Sandstrand, schöne Pool-Landschaft mit guter Aufsicht, Wasserrutschen, Acqua Park, immer frische Badetücher, wunderschöne Restaurants, Hüpfburg, Kinderdisco, sehr gut ausgestatteter grosser Kleinkinder Spielraum. Alles in sehr gutem Zustand. Einzig die Plättliböden im Zimmer erscheinen zwar sauber, aber Barfuss bekommt man schnell schwarze Füsse. Daher für krabbelnde Babies nicht ganz top.

Good for all-inclusive family vacations, especially with younger kids. Food was blah ..
