Location, staff, properties

Old hotel in need of a refurbishment, occasional power cuts, dated rooms. Definitely not a 5 star hotel, more a decent 3 star hotel (but hotel also cheaper than normal 5 star hotels). Staff does not have a can do attitude, quite the oppositeand not very useful. Breakfast very basic but ok. Food in restaurant was good.

We got a different room and they said it was upgraded. However, it was not sea view. It was basic room. Receptionist were not friendly

Städning, bättre utbud vid frukost.

Room was mentioned as park facing..however the park was under construction..food quality was poor..excess charges..not upto the mark

Bad standard of the rooms

Quality of room and room service could have been better for the price they charge.

Music outside was tooo loud, and this was not mentioned during booking. Couldn’t sleep untill 11 pm. So disappointing overall property is good, staff is great but not worth the price

Not up to the mark

Prices of food and beverages.. exorbitant… Breakfast… very poor… and disorganised…the client composition not compatible with the room prices… client profile needs improvement… to make the facility more up market niche… if that is the management objective… prices indicate the clients will be more up market but on ground that’s not so..
