Lovely hotel - clean and comfortable. Staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast and dinner were both good, with lots of options.

Flott hotell midt i Flåm. Innfridde alle forventningene. Deilig frokost, men kunne vært litt mer utvalg (savnet røkelaks!), Hyggelig personale.

the hotel was lovely. The rooms we nice and we had a nice view. The bed was quite narrow but fine for short time. take your time to walk around and up stairs to find little cosy view points.

Great room with a view over the village. Unfortunately being January and -3° we were unable to sit out and make the most of it. Reception staff were very friendly and helpful, our evening meal in the restaurant was outstanding. Breakfast buffet was probably the best we have ever had.

The room was very clean and the amenities were good

the staff was warm and friendly, breakfast and dinner delicious, the lounge area perfect for relaxing and having a drink - someone even put out a puzzle for guests to work on together.

Tudo maravilhoso. Só achei que a iluminação do quarto era insuficiente, senti falta de uma luz de teto na parte das camas.

Fabulous place to stay in Flåm! The buffet dinner was generous and had something for everyone . Loved our stay, would come back!

Too old, heating is not working

Our stay at Fretheim was excellent, we can highly recommend the hotel.

A bad stay, seriously understaffed, we were given the wrong room and receptionist would not admit it until I showed her pictures to prove. A general rude attitude, one receptionist with red hair shouted at an Asian tourist for filming the hotel and she was in the picture. Room was old and creepy and reception could not help with the chargers for the car. A feeling of "we don't know" everywhere. Would not recommend or set foot in there again. Very bad management
