Nice people, good spa, good food

Room was very spacious and convenient. Great location. Great SPA facilities! Staff in the restaurant was unfriendly. Food was OK, but not as expected for 5 star hotel.

The hotel is in nature, far away from the noisier centre of Borovets. The air quality is very good since there are no chimneys from nearby houses or restaurants. The hotel and the rooms are very warm so consider turning down the heating. The staff is very friendly but one criticism is that one of the evenings, the security/receptionst turned off all the lights in the lobby as early as 23h, which is not normal for a 4-star hotel. We were having drinks in the dark with my friend. On the next night the security guard and receptionist were different and the lights were on even after midnight. They respected the fact that there were people in the lobby and let us enjoy our comfort as it should be.

The hotel was good, even though it was veeeeryyy hot.We slept with open window on -10C. The room was big and good but the mattress should be changed . The staff in the spa should be more polite. Location is out of everything .We needed car for day and night

Отель отличный, но администраторы перепутали номера. Мы забронировали двухкомнатный супер люкс, а пришлось жить в обычном стандарте. Деньги конечно вернули, но мы не получили то, что хотели. Хотя бронь была сделана заранее.
