Staff was congenial and quite accomodating. Really nice amenities and a terrific buffet breakfast.

I love how they clean the room daily and Ms. Maria was excellent. The only issue was the water wasn’t hot when taking a shower

This property was amazing and I enjoyed my stay. My only complaint was that the property needs to find a way to heat the pool at night. The pool is open 24 hours but at night it is so cold you can’t enjoy it.

I had the best experience staying at the W hotel. I stayed in the supreme suite and it was super clean and comfortable! Amazing city view, mini bar and the room service was perfect!

Wonderful hotel, great vibe, beautiful room and hip design, good pool, convenient location, very friendly staff. Paul restaurant on the premises is definitely a plus: good food and fabulous breakfast. We are very happy customers of the W in Panama City!!

Interior design

The property was very nice and clean. Walkable to restaurants in the area and central located for cheap Ubers. I didn’t like the customer service for the Spa and a waste of money.
