スタッフ対応が親切で温かみがあった

It is OK. It has a nice location but the hotel is in great need of renovation and modern upgrading. The air in hallways and room was musty probably due to fungus in walls and carpets.

スタッフに周辺の美術館について質問したところ、不明な点もきちんと調べて教えていただけた。

箱根港まで無料の送迎バスがあるので、ホテルに早めに到着して周辺を探索するにも最適だと思います。 夏でも涼しいので、避暑にはうってつけです。

ゆったりされる方にはいいけど、子連れの方にはおすすめしない。食事にこだわってコース料理なのはわかるけど、大人の食事の提供が遅過ぎて子どもが飽きてしまう。また部屋での食事をお願いしたら、子ども向けのメニューは一切なし。ホテルとしてのこだわりは大切だと思うけど、子連れを受け入れているのなら、フォローできるようにはして欲しい。 食事だけが不満で、それ以外は満足です。

I really enjoyed my time at this stately hotel. The staff are beyond helpful, the room was very comfortable, and the baths were just what I needed after a long day exploring the region. The restaurant was able to accommodate my gluten-free needs for breakfast and the shuttle bus from Motohakone was great. This is a region that needs to be experienced and this is the place to do it in comfort.

The view from the room is beautiful. Good experience with the public bath onsen, first time for my son, he enjoyed it. Great staff, very nice and polite. Loved everything except the noise from the bath tub and sink.

和食が素晴らしい

スタッフの心配りがとても素晴らしい。

韓国からのお客様をご案内しましたが、ちょうどツツジの美しい時期と重なり、とてもご満足いただけました。ツツジ越しに富士山も眺められ、素晴らしいロケーションです！！

従業員の対応が素晴らしい！！ ご飯がとても美味しかった。ご飯は夕食も朝食もつけるべき✨ アメニティがバンブー素材を使っていて可愛いし、エコを感じた。

GW中でも静かにゆったり過ごすことが出来ました。湖畔を散策したり、箱根神社に立ち寄ったりするのに、とても良い宿だと思う。お目当てのつつじ庭園がまだ3分咲きだったので、満開の時期にまた立ち寄りたいと思います。

Awesome onsen and beautiful garden. Nice location next to Lake Aishi with a good restaurant and nice little shop. Room was ok, but purposely didn't spend much time in there. Would stay again.
