Très belle hôtel. Je déplore l'obligation de présenter une carte une carte de crédit pour le dépôt de sécurité. Un dépôt avec carte interact ou argent comptant pourrait être accepté. La piscine est petite, seulement 10 personnes peuvent y etre en même temps, nous n'avons donc pas eu l'opportunité d'y aller car elle était constamment occupé par des groupes de jeunes.

This is the second time that our TV was not working in our room. There were no live outlets beside the bed and we plugged our phones to charge in the bathroom. Hot and cold water control in shower was not working either as we go cold or scolding hot, nothing in between. Not up to standard for a Sheridan

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ (4.5) – Amazing location, great stay… but the bed needs help This Sheraton really delivers on location—you’re within walking distance of tons of restaurants, grocery stores, and all kinds of shops, which made everything super convenient. We stayed as a couple, but it’s definitely a spot that would work just as well for families. There’s plenty nearby to keep kids entertained, and the overall setup feels very accessible and easy. The hotel itself was very clean and thoughtfully maintained, and the staff were genuinely great—friendly, helpful, and efficient without feeling over the top. Parking was also a huge bonus, with both outdoor and underground options included. The room was quiet, which made a big difference for a good night’s rest. The view was pretty standard (nothing special), but not a drawback. The shower had great water pressure, though the temperature was a bit finicky—it would run too hot at times and took some adjusting. The biggest downside for us was the bed. It felt soft and cozy at first, but within an hour we were tossing and turning due to lack of support. If you prefer a firmer mattress, this could be an issue. For others, it might not be a deal breaker, but for us, it was noticeable enough that we were glad we only stayed one night. Overall, this is a really solid hotel with great service, cleanliness, and an unbeatable location. If the mattress situation were improved, it would easily be a top tier choice.
