Great Spa and Massage. Out door Clean warm swimming pool. Large rooms with large ensuit. Staff very friendly.

On est très heureux de notre séjour! Monsieur Zaz a une équipe formidable ! Zakaria, Marwa, Alal, Grace, Edouardo…. Et l’ensemble du staff sont devenus comme des amis pour nous . C’est la 2 eme année que nous séjournons dans cet hôtel magnifique et familial ! Merci à vous tous 😍

Çalışanlar son derece güler yüzlü, sıcakkanlı ve yardımcı olmaya isteklilerdi. Odalar temiz ve ferah. Şık bir hotel. Tek beğenmediğim konu açık büfe kahvaltı çok sınırlı çeşitlilik sunuyordu. Bunun dışında memnun kaldık.

Ezdan palace Ramesh in reception is a gem to the hotel. I checkin at 21.00 and he directly address me by name and went above and beyond to ensure providing anything i might need and ensure im comfortable and happy, unfortunately due to my very short stay in the hotel i didnt needed but good sleep. The hotel was somehow a ghost house with no one around! And the structure of it is enhancing this annoying feeling. Humidity smell through the hotel it might be due to the thick carpets. Hpisekeeping and maintenance teams need to perform better job. Most of room corners were dusty and hotel seems worn out. The bad side of it was the soundproofing! Ohh my good too mich noise from the nearby highway and the corridors lots of door slamming and staff knocking doors😢 Early morning 6:50 i head to breakfast before check out no one was there. Plenty of choices with moderate quality. I had delicious shakshoka thanks to the chef and pancakes were good too. But it was too humid inside the restaurant. Overall, the hotel has good possibilities specially with malls nearby and being the only hotel in the area but for sure needs renovation.

Hotel Ezdan is wonderful, super beautiful, clean and very comfortable. The room is spacious and well decorated. Breakfast is varied and of good quality. now the differential of this hotel is the staff, all extremely friendly and efficient. I emphasize and thank the attention and kindness of the employees Rostom and Hamid who helped me with everything I needed. I definitely recommend the stay!

Nice hotel with friendly staff. Location is ok, but a bit far from central. No nearby public transport.

الفندق ديكوره فخم لكن الغرف غير نظيفة وكذالك ارضية الحمامات ، لا توجد خدمة غرف مساء ، بركة السباحة جيدة ، يتم توقيع العملاء على جرد محتويات الغرفة وهذا اجراء لا يليق بفندق

I liked that the place is clean and staff is friendly. I did not like the building room design and room humidity
