3泊しましたが、全てが清潔感があり、快適に過ごすことができました。 朝食も美味しかったです。3日間飽きませんでした。 また利用したいです。

客房清潔度、員工態度、停車都滿不錯的，早餐培根是用水煮的，有點不習慣，其他都不錯

從來沒遇過整間飯店的服務人員都那麼爛的，checking in 時櫃檯只有一個女的正在接電話，跟我對看之後完全沒有打招呼也沒有要盡快結束通話會請其他人員協助連眼神跟我示意都沒有，無視繼續講電話，樓層走廊有一個錢櫃的煙味，房內地毯感覺很髒，電視會突然關掉，給了兩張飲料兌換，到了兌換時只有一個服務員，也不打招呼只說等一下，連稍等或是先請找位子坐都不會講，現場還有很多房客要兌換，也不知所云的站著互看，他就自己在那邊走來走去，搞得好像我們是乞丐，兌換的飲料只有兩種，無酒精就是柳橙汁，那種辦桌會有的色素香精超水果汁，喝一口加上他的態度真的非常火大，沒有那個本事就不要給兌換券，每次經過櫃檯人員都坐著大聊天也不會打招呼，比老大樓管理員還沒禮貌，在台灣第一次住到那麼糟糕的飯店，唯一的優點就是便宜，但$100元我都不會再來住。

Nice hotel with big and beautiful rooms, the gym is very clean with good machines. Didn‘t like the breakfast, no good bread or any cheese, ham and so on.

Great hotel, the gym was decent but we did have to share it with a family including children. They seemed to have a member of staff with them so didn't go to reception to notify them but I don't think children should be around heavy weights.

This is my preferred hotel in Taichung. The hotel is always clean, accessible, and the staff is amazing. I was particulary impressed by how clean the carpet on the 9th floor was. I remember staring at the floor a lot wondering if I could find a stain, but I couldn't. I was upgraded to a nice room with more space. I'm always impressed by the layout of the bathroom. The tub and shower are in the same enclosed space. The mirrors are cleaned very well. The bed is so comfortable. The TV has several well-known channels in English. I've never had a problem and the hotel and the rules of the hotel are good and communicated to the guest before every stay.

とても素敵なホテルで、シャワーの出も良くて、快適に眠れました。 少し歩くと朝一もあったり、近くにファミマもあるから、ちょっと買い物したい時にとても便利な立地でした✨😊👍

房間乾淨，浴室淋浴間沒有手持蓮蓬頭較不便。機械停車位。

職員的熱誠度較冷漠，沒有親切感，早餐安排頗混亂，不知是等人員安排或直接走進坐下便可。而自助早餐的確出色，都好整潔，款式都好大眾化。整體都會再選擇入住，但希望下次再入住會感友善。因之前住東區的驛站前台人員給人的感覺都是很温暖，而薆悅應不會比此間遜色。

Room was incredibly spacious compared to similarly priced hotels in Taipei. Loved that there’s a little sit down area to probably enjoy snacks & food. Loved the space in the bathroom as well. Surprisenly very little dust! Was very happy with the cleanliness of the room. I forgot to check out the pool but the gym is very simple. And laundry was straightforward. Would come back again!

What a great hotel. Booked at last minute and was so impressed. Really interesting decor. Clean, quiet rooms. Nice healthy breakfast options. Very good gym. Would recommend.

環境清潔舒適，飯店地點不錯，靠近一中商圈約兩三公里，門口就有公車可以搭，值得再訪。
