You should explain to customers clearly about car park because you have to pay for and how to pay! So unhelpful for the staff who is in the front. I understand that we have self check in but why did you have front staff there for. Security speak very bad to us about car park. Not good communication. We are book for 4 nights but when first we check in and then we check out straightaway. We feeling bad about this building and never think to go back to stay there again! We are paying to stay there not stay for free.

No cancelation notice. I arrived and was told the property was booked out.
