3rd time staying at this property. Always memorable.

Great place all around.

The hotel is overpriced for a basic room . You must carry in amd out your own bags. It was difficult to manage the temperature in the room. Overpriced for basic amneities. Could have paid half in canmorr for equal the quality . Disappointing.

Rooms ( premium ) on the smaller size for our liking . Restaurant menu online was not at all what was currently being served which was too bad .

The hvac in the room only has one outer and it is pointed at the bed. Have stuffy recycled air blown in my face had my sinuses stuffed and my throat on fire. The shower is awkward, it is super slippery. There is a mat in the bathroom for the shower. However the drain is right in the middle so you can only place the mat off center, which means you are now close to the wall. Terrible design on the shower and hvac. The good part of this hotel, the staff. They were always very friendly and helpful.

Worth taking a room with a mountain view, spectacular location in a comfortable setting. Was perfect for a family vacation.

Beautiful setting

The hot tubs were Luke warm - they need to be much hotter. We were looking forward to spending time outside in the pool and hot tub and they were not usable.

The hotel is marvelous in a spectacular setting. The room and hotel interior was great. The room staff, restaurant and front desk staff were courteous and provided excellent service. Was there anything to improve? Hard to find anything.... the top item on the breakfast menu was oats and fruit, wish the oats was served hot!!

Room was clean, excellent views and enjoyed the hot tubs and pool. Plenty of seating areas in hotel and excellent displays of Christmas trees and activities.
