The hotel was fantastic, the staff was great and very helpful! The breakfast was very good and clean area ! Parking was underground and very clean area! Overall Home 2 Suites are a great place to stay on vacation

O score because I checked in and checked out within 30 mins. The wifi was not working, and the room was not what I was expecting, including the size of the bed was too small. I had a bad experience at this location. I will fight for a full refund.

Everything was good the first night of stay until I returned the second evening and found out all the dirty towels were still there. If they didn’t clean the room during my two-night stay, at least they should replace all the towels without me asking.

We booked on 6th floor for two nights. Reception was pleasant and check-in fast. The breakfast offered was similar to other properties near airport and acceptable. Parking was included in the daily rate. We did not find room suitable for sleeping (queen bed felt small for couple, traffic noise and the AC switching on/off disturbed sleep all night). We checked out after one night and were not offered any refund for the second night. We will not choose the hotel again based on our experience.

We arrived with my husband of 22 years together, by the way to have some time alone, so then we checked in, the stuff was extremely busy doing her job, with tablet and the phone at the same time, she tell me that she will be with us in the short while. It was a while. Clean room ok, but the sheets was wrinkled it seems that they never changed, plus the bathroom never had a fan working at all. But other wise it was good stay!

The staff was super friendly and very helpful. The room was perfect and very clean. Lot of choices for breakfast but not hot enough. No problem with parking. We definitely would consider staying there again. Thank you.

The main issue is the rooms are very small, a room that was supposed to accommodate four was not at all suitable. The beds were small and uncomfortable. The one bed was a sofa bed that was in a horrible condition. When we got the room the washroom soap bar had hair on it. The room itself was done up for 2, not 4, so just be careful when selecting. The lady at breakfast began closing up the buffet before 10am closure and the meal staff weren’t very pleasant. All the other staff were great. The pool is present but it’s very narrow and once you have 4 people in it, it feels very crowded. For the price point I would suggest staying elsewhere. Also it is very noisy, but they do provide a white noise machine in the room to help drown that out.

Chambre propre. A mon arrivé la réceptionniste était tres acceuillante et gentille; je lui ai demandé qu'on doit quitter tôt car mon fils a une game de soccer tres tot, elle m'a dit que c'est a 7am les week-end les petits déjeuné mais si jamais ils sont pret les dames peuvent faire une exception. Le monsieur qui a travaillé le dimanche matin a refusé catégoriquement et il parlait trop avec ces mains....il a meme dit qu'il va faire un rapport a la fille de la veille, cela a gâché mon séjours car c'est pas des choses qu'on doit dire a un client et je ne vois pas pourquoi toute cette agressivité. Franchement, le monsieur m'a donné une mauvaise impression et je ne pense pas retourner dans cet établissement.
