Die Lage und Sicht ist perfekt. Einige Elemente in der Küche und besonders in der Badewanne. Sollten schon repariert werden. Kleinigkeiten aber relativ viele. Waschmaschine bitte befestigen. Sie spring durch die ganze Badewanne

Alles fußläufig erreichbar, Innenstadt, Restaurants, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Parkplätze, alles in allem gute Ferienunterkunft auch für einen Kurztripp

This was our second stay at this property, and it did not disappoint. The location is excellent, and the room is spacious, well-designed, fully equipped, and spotless. We will definitely return one day.

Kommunikation mit der Unterkunft ausgezeichnet, auch später check in ohne Probleme möglich. Zimmer nr.3 im Erdgeschoss schrecklich. Eher eine Abstellkammer als ein Zimmer. Appartements im Obergeschoss deutlich besser ausgestattet und größer.

Easy to find. Great location. Friendly staff. Nice and clean and comfortable. Parking could be made a little more clear. There is parking right on the property so that’s great!

Il soggiorno al Residence Miralago è stato molto piacevole, mi sono trovata benissimo. La qualità dell’appartamento impeccabile. Le receptionist sono molto disponibili a risolvere qualsiasi tipo di problema. Grazie di tutto.

The view was a 10/10 and the surrounding areas were stunning. People around can understand English perfectly and the tourist are being treated very well. The hotel stuff, receptionist and cleaners were very good and helpful always available and kind.

Camera da letto sulla strada principale di Desenzano. Traffico dalle 7 del mattino fino alle 9 di sera fuori stagione (metà novembre 2024). Il riscaldamento centralizzato non si poteva regolare per cui per la maggior parte della giornata si doveva tenere le finestre aperte per compensare il troppo caldo. Per il resto tutto nella norma.

Beautiful spacious, well equipped property, two comfortable beds, furnished to a high standard. Lovely clean, well maintained pool with sun lounge area overlooking the lake. Sliding doors opening up to a lovely terrace. Absolutely stunning location. Staff were very helpful, I smashed a bottle on the floor, I informed staff, and they immediately came to clean it up for us. My only negative was no kettle, though when I realised, four days in, that others had a kettle and mentioned it to staff they brought one for us. The other thing we had nothing to clean worktops/dishes with. We had washing up liquid but no sponge/cloth, even though there was a sign up saying we had to keep the kitchen clean. We asked staff for sponge/cloth and they said they didn't provide them. How we were meant to keep the dishes/worktops clean? Also I would never book with Hotels.com again as o messaged on several occasions and got no reply.

We loved the patio, it was huge and the lake view was just amazing. We could sit there and enjoy it for hours…. And the bonus was that you could actually leave your apartment in swimming costume and jump into the lake because it is that close. The apartment was nice quite spacious and with all needed equipments. The staff in reception were really welcoming and helpful - we had arrived later than expected and didn’t have any problems to contact them how to get the keys; also any other little problems like missing chopping board in the kitchen or not working air conditioner were solved quickly.

Rigtig god service trods mangler, rengøring var under middel og lejligheden fremstod slidt. Ikke de bedste senge, men det gik. Beliggenheden var fantastisk og træk virkelig op, men stort minus er det at poolen er i skygge fra kl 15. Vandet i poolen er koldt, som i rigtig koldt. Vandet i søen var varmere og heldigvis var der en badebro lige udenfor. Tæt på by og markedet, med andre ord perfekt beliggenhed... Skøn udsigt! Parkering kælder for nogle.

The location was better than I expected. The kids loved that dock in front of our room and spent a lot of time

Location was great - close to ferry, bus, and many restaurants. The pool was great to cool off during the Summer - it was never too crowded. We liked that we were able to use the kitchen to cook, and there was a washing machine to do laundry as well. However, the property is outdated on the inside. Our apartment in the lower floor had moldy walls in the bedrooms. The shower stall was also moldy. The a/c was not cold at all - it felt like a fan. We needed to get a dehumidifier from the front desk to get all the humidity out. We also didn't use the patio area because there were so many spider webs in the ceilings and also mosquitos.

Fantastisk beliggenhet, rett ved Gardasjøen. Magisk utsikt mot fjellene i nord og kun en kort spasertur til havna/sentrum langs en flott strandpromenade. Fint bassengområde med flott utsikt. Brygge å bade fra ved sjøen. Ypperlig service fra de to damene i resepsjonen. Minuser: Knallharde senger, fikk overmadrass til 1 seng ved forespørsel. De hadde ikke flere. Dårlig rengjort, og lite utstyr på kjøkkenet. Mye styr med nøkler, mange ulike til strandport/gateport/ terrasse/terassedør/ hoveddør samt søppelrom. Vi bodde i sokkeletasjen, og tenker at dersom vi vender tilbake vil vi prøve oss litt oppover i etasjene. Og håpe at overmadrasser/nye senger er på plass.

We had clothes stolen at a valuable cost. Pool floats also stolen mid week of our holiday. Electric shock when pulling plug out of the bedroom socket Fuse kept tripping and turning lights out Room inside and outside dirty and so had to clean before we could settle in. No toilets near the pool, so had to walk back to the apartment to use facility.

Jeg KAN BARE IKKE lage en bedre anmeldelse enn dette. Vil anbefale alle å bo i Desenzano og vil anbefale alle å bo på Residenza Miralago. Nærheten til Desenzano er veldig behagelig og de ansatte løfter virkelig dette stedet til neste nivå. De som jobber i resepsjonen gjør sitt ytterste for at man skal få et godt opphold og behersker flere språk flytende. Skal du til Garda, bo i Desenzano. Skal du til Desenzano, bo på Residenza Miralago! (Anbefaler spesielt leiligheten Porzia 20 som vi bodde på, her har du 180 graders utsikt over Gardasjøen og har infitiy veranda over sjøen).

I loved that the reception at the property was very accessible and gave alot of information when needed. Poula was a great person whom we adored. The view from this property was beyond amazing. Japanese restaurant next door had amazing food and prices were great as well. Everything is basically walking distance to in town. Walking along the lakeside. Unfortunately we did not get a chance to use the pool as the weather was a bit cool for that.
