We actually booked here last minute after immediately checking out of another hotel in Calhoun (first time I’ve ever had to do that due to cleanliness) Holiday Inn was exextactly what you’d expect clean great staff and good breakfast.

Most of towels were stained/yellow.

Wouldv stay again!

Rooms not soundproof. Kids above us kept me up. Other than that it was a great stay.

We have family in the area and we’ve stayed at other hotels but the Holiday Inn is the best. It’s clean, the rooms are nice. The beds are comfortable. The breakfast is really good with multiple options. We try to stay here every time we’re in town

Incompetent front desk staff (including manager). Room was clean but dingy. AC in room did not work properly. Patched holes in tile in shower. I’m not sure the AC in most of the hotel worked (hallways and elevators were very warm). Ladies making and putting out breakfast were very nice. Would not recommend this hotel and will never stay at this location again.

Fast and easy check-in was appreciated since we’ve been on the road for 7.5 hours. Great rooms and clean comfy bed/pillows.

Front desk woman wasn’t so nice, other than that hotel served its purpose and room was clean.

They didn’t save the room we requested. We needed two queen beds and they gave us a king room. They were sold out of what we requested at booking and then blamed Expedia for the mistake when we showed the booking info. They did nothing to correct their error other than canceling the booking for no charge. Terrible experience after driving for 12 hours to get there.

Parking was crowded, the hallway on the third floor had no AC and was so hot and humid. The beds were old and lumpy, and when the heat in the room turned on, it reeked of urine so badly we had to open the door to air out the room.

Lived up to its reputation of clean, comfortable and totally wonderful. The hot breakfast was great too.

Very easy to get to before hitting atlanta.

View was just of another hotel next door. Otherwise comfy bed and good service.

The towels were so gross… they were stained yellow, there was hair in the corners of the bathroom.

There was trash left in my room from the previous guest. There was a half in openning below the door to the hall which is unsafe. The TV was damaged so half of the screen was all blue tinted.
