We loved Shipquay Derry! Staff were welcoming, friendly& professional. Beautiful rooms with amenities that indicate they understand what travellers want.

The food in the restaurant was excellent both for dinner and breakfast. Equally the staff were very obliging and helpful. Just a question whether or not the sheets had been changed on my bed in the family room. My friend’s was ok. Good location and recommendation by a staff member to walk the Walls was brilliant.

Unica pecca: camera con vista muro! Colazione molto buona, con spremuta d’arancia fresca e scelta a la carte. Ottima posizione. Unica pecca: parcheggio su strada con disco orario e vigili molto efficienti.

The hotel is beautiful and well kept. Our room was hot and stuff. No window to open or AC. The toilet had also not been cleaned and there was remnants of the previous guest.

Another excellent stay at Shipquay. Had an excellent dinner in the restaurant. Amazing breakfast included in the rate with a wee complimentary Mimosa to start the day. We will be back ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Glasses of bubbly on our arrival. Staff very attentive and helpful throughout our stay. The food was very good quality and breakfast was served to our table ( not buffet style). All areas of the hotel were very clean and the beds and pillows were very comfortable. We would recommend a stay in this hotel for someone looking for a bit of quality and relaxation

O hotel fica dentro das muralhas medievais. E ao mesmo tempo vizinho ao shopping. A mistura de dois mundos . O café da manhã foi o melhor que já comi . Mesmo não falando inglês , os funcionários foram pacientes e prestativos comigo

This hotel is so beautiful and comfortable, not to mention perfectly located near all the points of interest in Derry. The breakfast was delicious as well. All of the staff were extremely pleasant and professional. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to anyone visiting Derry.

Our room was bright and looked out over Shipquay, the main street, lots of natural light. That gave a little street noise at night, but not bad. The staff was friendly and helpful with suggestions on where to eat in town. Parking (paid) is a short walk up the hill.

The Staff was really welcoming and the property was first rate. Terrific breakfast as well!

Hotel was in a great location and was nice. The room was too hot with no way to cool it down and the view was of a wall even though I paid for a room that was above the base level

Breakfast was good! Our rooms were very small and old. Beds were comfortable.

Nice, small hotel in the center of town with friendly, helpful staff. And the breakfast was excellent!

The desk staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was excellent and staff accommodating. We enjoyed a welcoming drink and sweets. The room was clean and the shower great. The location was centrally located. Parking was a bit challenging but we found a lot a few blocks away that was safe and reasonably priced.

We had a wonderful stay in Shipquay hotel, we were welcomed with a glass of Prosecco - a nice touch, it was notable how fantastic the staff were throughout the visit, so friendly and helpful
