It was great

Great hotel - lovely large, clean rooms (we had a duplex apartment). We paid extra for a sea view but, in hindsight, I wish we hadn’t as it’s too far from the sea to really enjoy the view and lower rooms had much larger terraces. We didn’t eat at the hotel so I can’t comment on the food. The location is ok - plenty of bars and restaurants nearby (definitely visit La Pepa market!). However, it’s a big walk up from the town itself. We hired a car so it wasn’t a big issue, and taxis up the hill were plentiful and cheap. Our only disappointment was that on our final day (Wednesday) we had to leave the pool early so they could set up for the fiesta night, which meant we couldn’t find any other sunbeds to enjoy our final day. Other than that, we were really happy with our stay. The staff were all excellent and welcoming and the main pool was lovely and warm.

Stayed here many times and still love it. Properties a little tired and could do with modernising but still nice. Staff strike on Thurs /Fri caused a bit of disruption and a made a lot of noise. Poor communication about this and Spa wasn't open to get a shower before we left!

The evening entertainment was to loud we could not hear are TV in the room in the evening it should be my choice if I want to be a part of it and not forced to listen to it

Non ho avuto modo di vedere la strttura, a causa di una truffa in fase di acquisto dei biglietti aerei. Una volta capito che non sarei piu arrivato sull'isola e mancava ancora oltre un mese alla data di inizio viaggio, i prezzi dei nuovi boglietti erano alle stelle. Informata la struttura, se ne sono lavati le mani. Nemmeno proposto lo aquallid9 voucher. No show causa mia, penale 100%. Disonesti loro e probabilmente anche hotels.com non ha fatto tutto il suo dovere.

It’s nothing fancy, but value for money. Really big complex, so very busy. Service could be better especially in the restaurant. You feel herded a bit. Nice touch is cava breakfast on Sunday. Also the free shuttle to the beach every day. There are 3 pools, so nice to have quieter options, not just the main pool with the constant dance music. It was okay for the few days we’re there and cheap in comparison to places around.

All good in the property and would use again , check in process was made hard work , I had already checked in online , then had to check in again at the property then had to go back after 4pm to finish the process and get my room key

Excellent resort but justca shame its on a steep hill.......particularly when youve got tonpush a buggy

Stayed here a few times, always lovely apartments, Nit a fan of the €13 breakfast and the walk home each night but definitely get my steps in and cardio workout!

This hotel is probably one of the best hotels I've stayed at in Spain. The studio room I booked for 3 nights was incredibly affordable and had a great view of the pool and town below. There was a free bus transfer to the beach every hour, which I didn't know about beforehand. On site there was a small supermarket, a salon, and a restaurant. If there small on site shop doesn't have what you want, there's several shops within a 10 minute walk down the hill which sells most everything else. The two single beds were very comfortable and the room had its own water heater so I never ran out of hot water for the shower. They held events nightly around the pool and you could take part in person, or from your balcony. But the sound proofing was very good on the balcony door so if you don't want to hear it, you don't have to. The only issues I have are small ones. 1) the knifes in the kitchenette need a good sharpen, 2) the hotel is on top of a hill, so if you are planning on taking the 40 bus from the airport to the hotel, it's about a 15 minute walk up hill so it's not the easiest with bags, so a taxi would be a better idea. 3) while this property is family friendly, there were a fair few party goers. While this isn't a fault with the hotel, it's something to consider. Hence the 4 instead of 5 stars. I would 100% stay in this hotel again in a heartbeat the next time I come to Tenerife

Lovely, professional reception staff. Evening entertainment could be improved. The entertainment finishes at 10pm and then silence! Too much time spent on childrens disco with very little entertainment for the adults who are actually paying to be entertained. Background music at the very least should be playing for the enjoyment of guests who are on holiday!

Sewer smell in the property as well as in the corridor. The property had hair from prior customers on the bed. However Tenerife in general has our heart

A very nice property with nice pool and sunbathing area and only a short taxi trip to the beach. Very reasonably priced.

Habitación amplia y cómoda, termina la música a partir de las 22 horas, bus gratuito a la playa, acceso con fuerte desnivel, poco turismo nacional, hay supermercado y cajero en el recinto interior, tres piscinas, hotel enorme, personal muy amable.

The room was of good size but the bath panel was broken the zurcussi bath did not work and the door did not shut properly due to a screw missing. The bed settee was worn out and uncomfortable to sit on.

Camera confortevole con bella vista sul mare. Colazione abbondante, anche se la qualità di alcuni prodotti potrebbe essere migliorata e sarebbe quindi ottima.

Lovely stay, we stayed for a few days and was nice and relaxing at hotel

Beautiful property. Excellent front office service, walkable to beaches, restaurants,shopping & attractions. Accomodations roomy and well laid out, but does require updating. Finishes/furnishings worn & tired. Buffet restaurant provides options, but menu never changes. Restaurant service is hectic & disorganized. Menu stations, coffee stations require better. maintenance and quicker replenishing. 8/10, but could be 10/10 with some attention.

Hotel is stunning! The staff were so lovely and friendly and couldn’t be more helpful! Nothing was to much for them Great location, big rooms and balconies and lots of amenities on site Will 100% be returning
