Lovely hotel to stay , only draw back is the rail road beside parking which I don't mind . Have some nice hot tub and breakfast is also not bad . Staff is so professional & helpful 👍✨✨

Clean, nice property in good location to Banff. Canmore is a cute town to be in also.

Der versprochene Bergblick war vorhanden, aber auch eine Eisenbahnschiene davor, was bedeutet, dass aller paar Stunden, auch nachts Züge mit 150 Wagons und 3 Loks vorbei kommen ohne Flüsterschienen. Die Klimaanlage oder was auch immer der Nachbarräume waren oft zu hören. Wenn man keinen gesunden Schlaf hat, dann nervt es leider. Das Zimmer war schön groß, die Einrichtung passend, die Betten sehr bequem. Der Whirlpool war auch schön und geräumig, nur der Raum dazu sehr trist. Es gab auch keine Bademäntel, umziehen war in der Toilette am Bad möglich. Frühstück war ausreichend und immer wurde nachgefüllt, leider mit viel Verpackung und Pappteller und Wegwerfbesteck. Das Personal ist sehr hilfsbereit und nett.

The hotel was nice and quiet and very clean. We enjoyed the breakfast and the staff were friendly as well. Plenty of parking and the room was spacious and comfortable.

It was very clean , quiet and the breakfast was good.

The room was great and the location is convenient. I was disappointed with the breakfast. The eggs, sausage and potatoes were cold. I was also surprised you used disposble cups, plates and cutlery. I paid over $800.00 for two people for two nights . I expected more effort for the breakfast.

Everything was great, maybe the best place i have ever stayed. My only complaint was the breakfast wasn't much good, but filled the hole as my mother would say

It’s clean and the location is perfect. We’re not impressed with the unfriendly attitude of the lady at the front desk. Have never experienced anything like that from other hotels.
