Everything was amazing

Regarding the room cleaning, it was very good, service was provided twice a day, and the entire staff was very friendly and respectful. The only thing I didn't like was that it was a bit far from the hotel zone and parks. But everything about the hotel was excellent, especially the beautiful beach!

We were put in a room that was noisy. Never able to sleep. Flooded several times from the shower. We addressed the front desk with people stomping at 2am every night and never addressed. I can provide videos and etc. Terrible experience.

From the moment we arrived at the resort, we were greeted with a welcome glass of champagne and a fresh, fragrant towel, setting the tone for a fantastic stay. As Expedia VIP guests, we were escorted to the VIP check-in room, where the process was seamless and the staff was incredibly warm. They even accompanied us to our room, explaining all the features along the way. The room itself was spotless, and the housekeeping service was exceptional, with at least two cleanings per day. The hotel’s app was incredibly useful, providing daily activity updates and spa bookings. One of the most thoughtful touches was having a personal butler assigned to each room, who sent daily updates and responded to any requests promptly and warmly. The resort’s greenery was also impressive, adding to the relaxing ambiance. The dining options were excellent, with a dress code that made the experience feel special, and the staff in the restaurants were fantastic. Overall, this was truly the best hotel experience I’ve ever had!

Resort was amazing

This resort is average, not worth the price. Its food options are terrible and there are limited activities. The pools were nothing special either. You can get a much better experience from nearby resorts for a cheaper price.

Beautiful property with Amazing staff and delicious foods with many options.

Stated in a preferred club room, which was definitely worth it for access to the preferred club pool, and had an excellent week. The staff are stand out excellent (friendly and efficient), the resort is both beautiful and clean, and the food quality good.

I love the servers, and the property is well taken care of. I love the gym and the equipment, and I love the Coco Market for coffee and the service they provide.
