It would be nice if we can use deli shop as cafe after breakfast hours. Besides that I'm pretty happy about overall services, thank you!

We had a really good stay here. Well appointed room and it was spacious. The service was amazing and they were extremely helpful and accommodated all of our requests. As a member you also get free coffee to go. Just a few things to call out is as a tourist this was a bit far away from the markets and station etc. So, you need to take that into account. The location otherwise was beautiful and easy to get uber/taxi from. One small complaint was that the blinds don’t block out all the light in the room. But that could have been just our room.

The property is located next to the Botanical Park and the view was very peaceful. Very clean property. Will be back.

Overall the stay at the hotel was excellent. The room was clean and welcoming. Parking was convenient. There is an excellent breakfast buffet. The staff for the check in and buffet areas were wonderful. The Saturday night rooftop bar staff was attentive and welcoming although the Sunday night staff was less so. Perhaps being the only bartender made it overwhelming to juggle checking on the few customers there instead of sorting silverware and restocking supplies. Other than that it was a satisfying stay. Check out was a breeze and I would consider staying at this Seoul location again.

It was so comfortable. We felt pampered. We didn't expect to see air filter, water purifier, clothes disinfecting machine in this large luxurious suite. We definitely wamt to revisit this suite 739. Thank you!

This property does not provide typical service like other courtyards in USA

Very modern and with view to the park. In room services was great Dinner buffet is very good with many option

위치 좋아요 직원들도 모두 친절하구요 공항철도와 지하철 9호선 역앞이구요 주변 상가와 맛집이 많아서 매번 도장깨기 하듯 맛집 투어해요

This was a good spot. It’s a little out of the way, but the property itself is very nice.

The staff were very helpful with the luggage when we arrived early. Check-in was quick and efficient with the counter helping us to secure a room early. Staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms were relatively large and spacious. Bed was comfortable and daily housekeeping kept the room neat and tidy.

Excellent and Luxurious Property, extremely cleam and the staff was super sweet and courteous. I’d love to stay here again on my next visit.

4성급이기에 큰 기대를 안했으나 아주 괜찮은 숙박이었습니다. 만족하고요. 조식이 참 맛있어요!

The hotel was a perfect distance from both ICN and some great walkable areas. The hotel is easily accessed from the train- only a 5 minute walk at max. The breakfast buffet was delicious and the park next door was great for a leisurely walk in the sun.
