The room was nothing like the photos. I wish the photos given for the room was more realistic. That said the room was functional. The shower worked fine and had plenty of hot water. The bed was reasonably comfortable. It had a small but functional TV, the fridge did not work. We checked in at 4am and it took the front room staff a long time to verify our booking even after showing hum a print out and online verification of our booking. Ram took care of our luggage and was very friendly and congenial. There was a lot of traffic noise which made it hard to sleep. On the positive side, there are some good Coffee shops restaurants and a lovely park nearby. Also there are several travel agents and bus stop for long distance busses.

Do not book here. We booked the executive room. The receptionist had no clue about our booking. They took forever and half to check us in. They also suggested we go to our room while they hold onto our passports (red flag!!) because it was taking so long. We said no and just waited. We were then shown a room that smelled of smoke, looked horrible, and looked and nothing like the pictures. The bathroom had bugs in it. No way this was the executive room. After we decided to bail, given all the red flags, they showed us two other rooms, one which smelled of paint and the other smelled like cleaning products. Did not check the bathrooms. All rooms were bad. We also found out that, at least to locals, this “hotel” sells rooms by the hour, which seems sketchy.

Staff was helpful in guiding for booking of auto/taxi

It is not good and dirty limited, but expidia not provided the proper bill neither adding option on final bill like GST amendment etc.. bill format are not legal size..

The cleanliness was too bad
