great place to stay. 7 minutes walk from the main strip of bars & restaurants yet away from the noise. lovely views from the sea facing rooms, superb secluded gardens with the sound of rippling waves. efficient, if ancient, lift. older rooms (but including bath tubs) but well appointed- huge variety at breakfast, easy parking right outside- thoroughly recommended

unscheduled stopover in Loutraki for 2 days - hotel was one of the more affordable in this resort Probably because the season hadn't quite started no reception (and no bar!) had to telephone but comms very good.

The hotel is noted as beach front on Expedia but the "beach" is more of a small corner with rocks, and some garbage. The room also had nothing more than two hand towels, which was a bit confusing and made showering difficult. The beds were also very uncomfortable - one seemed to be missing springs in one spot, while the other felt like it had springs poking through. The staff were quite friendly, and definitely a bright spot, though the reception desk was often unattended. However, most importantly, my partner also woke up with itchy eyes which developed into pink eye by the end of the day. I can't be certain that it was the hotel pillowcases, but it's the only explanation we can come up with. We only spent one night, and we would not return.

Waterfront property and very convenient to city park and many restaurants on the promenade and beach front. Walk to the bus station which has 2 hour interval buses to Corinth and Athens. Overall property is neat and tidy, rooms are clean. Good breakfast.

This is a charming, family owned and operated hotel with all the warmth and quiet elegance of yesteryear. It is ideally located on the shoreline, on the main road of the town, yet somewhat removed from all the commotion of the bustling promenade. Very highly recommended.

Theoxenia is the best of the best when it comes to Greek traditional family hospitality. You feel right at home there.

Nice hotel with friendly staff

Theoxenia is a gem, from the warm, family-style hospitality to the waterfront location. It combines the very best of Greek resort life a mere 80some km from Athens. Breakfast is not included but is well priced and is served on a cozy veranda facing the sea. The quay is nearby, as is the beach, but not right in front of the hotel so there isn’t that continuous din and noise from all the busy seaside cafes and restaurants. The other side of the hotel faces Loutraki’s “Main Street” and its (modern) spa for thermal baths. This hotel is the best of all worlds, a piece of heaven on earth.

I loved my stay at the hotel it’s clean , on the beach and private garden . The stuff is very friendly and attentive. The breakfast was very nice . I highly recommend this Hotel as the location is quite relaxing but reach easily on shop boutique caffes little supermarket and Spa swimming pools just cross the road .
