Sense of hospitalitiy lacking, felt like cash cows.
Refused bar service not far from closing time. Not possible to get room service. One person helped resolve the issue, but it was a struggle. Like the forced, painful smile of the restaurant manager. Had booked a double bed, We discovered twin beds. Had a struggle to obtain a modicum of satisfaction. .
Breakfast buffet was not well-managed and staff in the morning miserable.
I prefer to express satisfaction, but am disappointed with some of the staff attitude. We wasted a lot of time trying to sort out things that shouldn't have even been issues. Off days or general discontent ? Either way, that's not good for hotels.
