Great hotel, although the area is not safe to walk. Use either Uber or tour pick up.

We got a family room excellent for 5, 2 big beds and 2 single beds. Great value for money. We had a very good time in Alcazaba hotel. There is a great Nando's restaurany at 100m. Good facility for the car at the supermarket parking closed very near. The neighbourhood is not beautiful nor very quiet by night. Great breakfast !

Amazing stay at the lodge, extra friendly staff. Lots of shop and fast food. Very clean room.

We got there to the hotel fhey refused to accept booking from the site and turned us down and i had kids with me at 11 pm

The hotel is in a busy location where you have a lot restaurants and shopping malls, the rooms are neat and the cleaners are always on time to make it better. I think for family rooms there should be provisions to cook for yourself.

Place is the best

Your staff was so welcoming and engaging. The security guy who helped me process the arrival, and packing was superb. The receptionist gentlemen went out of his way to make us feel welcome and safe. Thank you for a a wonderful stay.

Excellent staff..ATM next door with security..Burger King next door..area not safe to walk. Always us Uber...but always verify Uber cost because they will charge you by taking a longer route.

O hotel é bem legal. Simples, mas muito limpo, organizado, equipe extremamente simpática e útil. Único ponto extremamente negativo é a localização. Infelizmente Joanesburgo não é uma cidade muito segura. Se for a Joburg, fique em Sandton.

The hotel has everything needed to be high profile one.The only problem is parking of cars.Think of heavy rain with storm.
