Excelente servicio por parte del staff, desayuno diario, limpio y cerca de los parques de Universal.

Great if you are going to Universal. They offer transportation to Universal including Epic. They offer breakfast daily and free parking. There are food options nearby and Walgreens is also close by. Overall we had a great stay. On more than one ocassion my family was questioned on what room we were staying and I'm not sure if they thought my niece and brother came from off the streets or what. On the first day I asked for someone to refill the body wash in our room and this request was never fulfilled.

NO washing machines. Not to whine, but to some Guests this is a biggie. Clearly represented as there, we were told they had been out for weeks, and a new pair was coming; we could go across the street to a sister hotel. I asked for an an adjustment, was told I would hear from A manager I said ok. Didn’t happen.

1st gave a room that had not been cleaned. Had to go back down to check in and change room

Nice hotel clean friendly staff

I always stay with Marriott hotel everytime my daughter and I go to Orlando. But, first time i stayed with this lication. I love it. The room was very nice and clean and quiet environement. Will definitely come back the next time we travel to Orlando. Quey

Everything was excellent

Everything so fine. Just saw some aesthetic things that needed to be fixed and housekeeping didn't respond a couple of times when we asked for extra towels. Front desk staff was very helpful.

Hotel is clean and well kept! The room was clean with free coffee and tea. I love that the pool started at 3 ft for my little one. The free breakfast was fresh, nothing fancy but just enough for free breakfast. My kids enjoyed it. Free parking was amazing! The location was great. The bed was extremely comfy. Be prepared to walk since there is only 1 elevator with wrap around units but if you park near am exot door you can use the stairs. All in all would definitely stay here again instead of the sea world location.

Ich war jetzt das 3. Mal in dieser Unterkunft ubd kann sie absolut empfehlen. Es ist alles da, was man braucht. Kostenloser Shuttle zu Universal ist vorhanden... und für die, die gerne gegen: Universal ist in ca. 30 minuten zu erreichen! Im Oktober gerne wieder!

Muy buena en general. La habitación amplia y cómoda. Muy cerca de Universal y outlets. Mejoraría la limpieza en la habitación y la variedad en el desayuno. Muy buena la lavandería.
