We loved our stay at Margaritaville! Kids loved the swimming pool and the adults loved coming back from a long hike in the mountains to relax with drinks. Only thing we did not like was the service poolside. Very slow. Everything else was great!

Excellent hotel, first time staying at a Margaritaville Resort and it was very impressive… from the front desk to room service the whole staff was awesome. Rooms are very nice, and one of the best bathrooms at any hotel; huge, bathtub, amazing shower, very cool place!

Next door to Blake Shelton's Ole Red Bar and Grill and across the street from Anekeesta which is a must do. Location downtown so you can walk everywhere.

Everything is at the property restaurants, pools, room service. The best resort and the Smokies.

We had a really good stay at Margaritaville in Gatlinburg. The location is unbeatable—easy parking, incredibly walkable to shops and restaurants, and a perfect home base for exploring the area. The lobby is bright and welcoming, the entire resort is clean, and the staff couldn’t have been friendlier. One night we arrived back late and were grateful the on-site restaurant was open until 11 p.m.—pizza at the resort hit the spot. Our room was comfortable and clean, though a bit worn for a relatively new property. The standout? The shower—10/10 with great water pressure and multiple shower heads. The only real downside was the pool area; despite the resort backing up to a creek, the pool is oddly placed beside the parking lot and feels a bit like a dated cruise ship. Still, for location, convenience, and overall comfort, it’s a solid pick.

Well managed location. Only problem is the location on the Gatlinburg strip. The main path through town is absolutely getting out of hand. Way too much stupid out there that Gatlinburg needs to clean up.It actually feels dangerous.

The staff was amazing and the rooms were extremely comfortable! The location right in the heart of Gatlinburg was outstanding. Everything was within walking distance of the hotel. Our car never left the parking lot!
