The room was ok, but the doors are very dirty and there were hair on our bed The painting needs to be redone

Chill plass, veldig hyggelig betjening, muligheter for parkering. Rommet virket rent, men så uferdig ut da det var mange malingsflekker og småskader på vegger og karmer. Fire sengeplasser og god plass, men sengene (madrassene, puta og dyna) var helt forferdelige! Virket som det var litt dårlig lufting der, nesten litt fuktig sengetøy. Lytt- vi hørte når de andre gjestene kom og gikk. Ikke velg dette hvis du vil ha litt komfort. Helt fantastisk restaurant rett i nærheten: Het Houtskooltje kan vi imidlertid anbefale på det varmeste!

Clean, Easy to reach city centre, receptionist very kind

Leuke wijk. In de omgeving hippe restaurants, bars….beetje klein Berlijn achtig.

Bon accueil, serviable. Chambre avec literie correcte, accès sur une petite terrasse avec table et chaises (petit bémol ... quelques mégots). Bien placé à 5 min du métro, ou 15 min du ferry...

I did not enjoy my stay.

We kwamen meer dan twee uur te vroeg aan en wilden gewoon onze bagage stockeren. We mochten echter al meteen, zonder problemen naar de kamer. Helaas kregen we een kamer met enkel een klein raampje in het plafond. Gelukkig hebben we zonder problemen een andere kamer (met twee grote ramen!) gekregen. Het personeel was zeer vriendelijk. Qua netheid kan er nog veel verbeterd worden. In onze kamer stond nog een vol, open blikje frisdrank en er waren wel veel vuile plekken op de zetel en op de muur. Het bed, bad, wc en lavabo waren wel netjes. Het ontbijt is beperkt.

Simplesmente incrível! Os funcionários são extremamente simpáticos e solidários. Foram o único lugar que se atentaram na mensagem que enviei sobre nossa lua de mel e deixaram um recado muito fofo para nós. Absolutamente tudo, limpeza, café da manhã, tudo! Gostaria de enfatizar o quão incrível foi a Kia que nos atendeu e super nos ajudou com dúvidas da cidade, aluguel de bicicleta etc. sempre muito paciente, simpática e carinhosa.

Great staff. Loved the breakfast buffet. Safe, cute location very near the train. Only thing, the walls and ceilings are quite thin, you will be able to hear a lot of what is going on outside and with your neighbors. I am not a light sleeper, so it did not bother me at all!

the service and accommodation

Room was very small and the air conditioning was moldy and made weird sounds every 15 minutes even though it was turned off. The bathroom was also very tiny. All in all it was an okay stay for 3 Nights but we would not recommend it to others.

Hôtel bon rapport qualité/prix avec accès facile au centre (1 arrêt de métro de la gare Centrale). Personnel accueillant et serviable (nous avons pu laisser nos bagages toute la journée). Chambre simple mais propre et lit confortable.

1 stop from the central train station, restaurants nearby, very clean, nice rooms-on the small side.

Staff were friendly-ish and the beds were comfy and great sized bathroom. The hotel is situated in a nice area with an amazing cafe place next door. Sadly there was an awful smell constantly coming from the bathroom drains so we had to keep all the windows open. The smell was pretty bad. The fridge didn’t work and no kettle or tea making facilities in the room. Communal areas were also smelly and the hotel has very thin walls so we could constantly hear other peoples doors opening and closing 24/7. The bedrooms aircon although we had it on ´off’ setting constantly turned on and off throughout the night keeping us awake.

Noisy neighbors and cleaning staff that woke me up. If they didn't, a broken air conditioner did when it made a weird noise every twenty minutes or so.

Great location just one metro stop outside of the downtown area. Only a 4 minute walk to the metro. Rooms are sparse, but clean. Beds were very comfortable. Nice dining/chill out area. Breakfast selection included pastries, hard boiled eggs and cereal, which could be ordered a la carte as well. Coffee house located two doors down for those serious about their morning java.
