Lovely hotel with comfy bed and great breakfasts

Will definitely stay again...good value, great position. Heating needs to be on constant and draught beer needs sorting (high)..enjoyed Kelvin's hospitality.

We didn’t sleep very well due to the guests staying upstairs as they kept us awake all night

Had a lovely overnight stay- would go again

For over £150 a night, I expected more than empty soap dispensers and minni bottles of body lotion passed off as shower gel. At around 9pm, with most shops closed, I had to walk about a mile just to buy basic toiletries. Hardly what one would expects from a “three-star” hotel. To top it off, the “free parking” advertised turned out to be an extra £5. Misleading, frustrating, and poor value for money.

Friendly and helpful staff, property had a lift and parking would suggest booking the car parking space

I had a great time staying at the Winchmore, my room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The location is also really convenient as it’s close to the beach, train station and town centre. I would definitely stay here again

The room was spot on. Clean. The bed was so comfy. All fresh linen and soft towels. Only had the room for one night but,would book for longer next time. Really friendly staff.

The staff was very friendly and our room was ready before our check in time. Nice little room and was neat and tidy. The bathroom was quite small and unfortunately the gliding room of the shower cubicle was broken. The bathroom was all wet after we had a shower. Very convenient to city centre and the coast.

Very dated room.Small and in need of modernising. Parking used to be free now £5 a night so over £100 with no breakfast.No glasses in the bathroom which was tiny. Could go on.

Good place for family trip, convenient, next to beach, nice to have parking facilities.

Apart from one minor issue, everything was perfect. I was a bit warm in the room at nigjt. A fan would olmay of helped.
