La habitación que nos entregaron no tenía las características de la habitación pagada. Reserve habitación con cama Queen y nos asignaron una con cama matrimonial. La puerta del baño no cerraba, tuvieron que ir a repararla por la noche. No ofrece estacionamiento, la información debe ser muy clara (no sé si sea expedia o el hotel) pero poder dejar el auto en un estacionamiento público que cobra por hora y por tarifa nocturna NO se puede considerar como si el hotel cuenta con estacionamiento. El costo del estacionamiento (con todo y "convenio" es el mismo que en otros estacionamientos públicos de la zona

The location, staff and decor were wonderful. Overall my experience was great. My only issue was my floor had not been cleaned and was dirty. Otherwise it was clean I am certainly recommending it and would return. Old Puebla is not a town with many English speakers. Though everyone worked with my limited Spanish. The hotel and people I met were kind and welcoming to Anglos.

Había leído opiniones negativas de este lugar, pero supero mis expectativas, me pareció un lugar perfecto para descansar. El personal muy amable, la habitación cómoda y bien decorada, creo que ha sido de los pocos lugares que me he hospedado y podido descansar bien.

Can't say enough about how wonderful staff was from housekeeping, restaurant, and front desk. loved the old world charm of the hotel and its location to the center of the city. Would definitely recommend the Hotel Marques Del Angel when visiting Puebla

Confortable, bella decoración. El personal Sumamente amable y dispuesto a atender nuestras necesidades. Y el desayuno incluido muy rico.

The room was okay, but the towels were sometimes old and worn out. One very inconvenient thing was that you had to keep asking for water; they would give it to you in a glass bottle that we knew wasn't cleaned well because it had a very small screw-on cap, and sometimes they gave it to you feeling all greasy. In the final days, we just bought our own bottled water instead. For the first two days, the breakfast (which was included in the stay) was fine, but from then on, the quality of the service and food deteriorated terribly, to the point that we started buying our own food for breakfast. You had to keep asking for everything, and the service was very slow. One of the waiters—the tallest one—was very unpleasant and not at all friendly. The other waiter, the thinner one, was nicer. I would never recommend this hotel.

La habitación era como un zulo, no tenía ventana ni nada parecido. La mosquitera daba un poco de repelús. Algo que no me había pasado en ningún hotel, si en tus opciones de pago pones pagar en hotel, significa que pagarás en el hotel, da igual la tarjeta que tengas añadida en tu aplicación, cuando llegué ya me habían cargado el importe de la habitación, antes de haber hecho el cheking, lo que me supuso un problema
