We LOVED the property! It was big but plenty of golf carts to take you and also the boats available! We had excellent service with out personal bikers victor and Louie who were top notch. I got yelled at for getting ice (he didn’t really yell but he stated it was his job to get this, haha). We had great service at pool Jesus, Carlos, Brian, so many others I feel bad I forgot their names! We will be back!

Funcionários educados, solicitos, restaurantes com comida muito boa em especial o resultante nest e poseidon e bebidas muito bem feitas! Só não conseguir entender a dinâmica do elevador do prédio 11 sempre a noite ficar fora de serviço! Não sei era uma prática habitual por motivos de logística ou realmente ele tava com problema! Torando esse pequeno detalhe, nada a reclamar e voltaria 1000 vezes a esse resort

I’m very disappointed with the cleanliness and the mini fridge I wasn’t asking for beer or anything else I just need bottles of water hard to get it!!!

Las instalaciones y el lugar es precioso pero la comida no es de un 5 estrellas. El servicio es malo, baños sucios y sin papel higiénico ni jabón, el buffet mal atendido, mal gestionado el check in y check out teniendo filas largas

Beautiful and clean property with friendly and attentive staff. Only drawback is the mediocre food.

We travelled with small children two toddlers. We had the worst experience ever after all this years traveling to Mexico. Be aware if traveling with kids they have shuttles that use the same road as pedestrians and they can easily run into pedestrians we were almost ran over we had to walk with caution and it was so stressful and very unsafe for children. The food was old, cold and had no taste and didn’t have a good presentation. it seems like they would serve the left overs. There is not much to do we were ready to come back home after expending a day there. We all got sick. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Most employees were not friendly and seem bothered. My 2 year old accidentally drop the bracelet ring at the store Pier 27 and they made us pay for it and intended to keep the bracelet. They were rude to us. We did not expect such bad service. We spent so much money for a terrible experience.

Great place to stay

Overall a good one.

1. Solicitamos con antelación una cuna para bebé, tanto al hacer la reserva (en las notas) como al momento del check-in. Sin embargo, al llegar a la habitación, la cuna no estaba. Tuvimos que indicarles en varias ocasiones —hasta en finalmente en la cuarta ocasión la trajeron. 2. Viajábamos en grupo, y es razonable pensar que todos querríamos estar en el mismo edificio. No fue así, nos ubicaron en distintas locaciones, lo que complicó la experiencia grupal. 3. En cuanto a los alimentos, esperábamos un nivel más premium, especialmente al comparar con otros hoteles de la misma categoría. Reúsan mucho los alimentos del día anterior y hasta el tras anterior, el arroz blanco olía mal. 4. El servicio de los saloneros fue excelente. Queremos destacar especialmente a Mauro en el restaurante tailandés y an Armando en el japonés. 5. Sobre la limpieza del cuarto: todo iba bien hasta que anoche, después del servicio de limpieza, notamos que los paños usados (que habían quedado en el piso) fueron colgados nuevamente, en lugar de ser reemplazados. También notamos que retiraron la plancha de ropa sin explicación y colocaron una secadora de cabello. Llamamos a servicio de habitaciones para dejar constancia y evitar inconvenientes al momento del check-out. 6. La cama presenta un problema que consideramos importante mencionar: todas las noches he tenido picazón en brazos y cuello, al punto de despertarme en la madrugada.

Recommended place to stay and relax - all inclusive.

Great resort. Book your dining reservations once you arrive. To get your mini bar stocked each day you will need to leave a tip. Staff around the pizza stop are excellent. All restaurants were very good.

I am definitely going back next time I’m out in Mexico. Very great experience.

Great place to relax and enjoy

I was truly so disappointed by my stay at Grand Palladium. The property is beautiful, but that is the only benefit of this resort. The food and drinks were terrible and disappointing every meal. The only restaurant we had a decent meal and great service was at the Thai restaurant. Usually the service in Mexico is stellar. Here, it felt like guests were a bother to the staff. With the VIP upgrade, we were supposed to get a personal assistance and she wasn’t helpful or hard to get in contact with. The elevator in our building was broken 5 out of the 7 days we were there. Walking around the resort was stressful since we were constantly dodging the carts that take you around the resort. It was nice having the option of a cart or boat to take you to different parts of the resort. The decor is stunning throughout the resort. It’s such a shame that they aren’t putting attention to important things like food, drinks, and service.
