Affordable, simple and straightforward motel-type accommodation with a touch of comfort and congeniality in the heart of Phillip Island; property is a short drive to the Esplanade, the Penguin Parade, Churchill Island and other places of interest on the island; Pauline welcomed us warmly and facilitated a stress-free check-in; clean and spacious queen room with spa bath; basic amenities but provided in abundance including fresh towels on a daily basis; we enjoyed our 3 nights stay; I will stay here again if I am on the island again in the future!

This was the worst of a number of properties we have stayed at in Phillip Island. The Hosts on arrival did not show us how to access power or wi fi codes or wish us a nice stay. The reception area supposed to be open 9 to 5 pm but was constantly shut during these times. The most annoying thing however was the water pressure for showers in dribbles out only have never seen as bad. I have never given a review before and due to lack of being able to have a shower we actually left a day early. All our friends will be made aware of our experience. Regards Steve Richards

Nice little place to stay . Reasonable price in easy walking distance of the town. Clean and tidy , friendly staff . Thoroughly recommend

This was a great safe location for me to have a toddler and child by myself. I felt comfortable going in and out and the carpark was convenient to the room door which made it easy with the toddler. There was more room than I expected and the staff were lovely. Very clean and comfortable. I would stay here again.
