The worst experience I've ever had in terms of accommodation. Everything was booked, but when I arrived there were no rooms available. It looked more like a public square than a hotel, very chaotic with no proper place to eat. Even without having stayed there, I couldn't feel safe. The website needs to be aware of which hotels it accepts for its platform.

Don’t advertise that place as a hotel .

I lost my tracksuit, running short and my 2026 Sanlam T Shirt. I was also made to pay twice for the accomodation as they claimed l was scammed. I got my money in bits and pieces, l am totally totally not happy about everything there. Very bad

The guest house was good and good services.. We shall require wifi codes in each room

Please do not sell us something u guys know you dont have..your hotel was beautiful on the internet but far from what we saw when we booked the hotel..people are paying 300 a night but i had to pay 1800 that is a rips off
