Excellent location. Cheap. Lovely and clean.

Not brilliant

Very convenient and reasonable cost

It was as expected for the price, can't really complain. Room was basic but clean. The only thing that I would mention is that the "included breakfast" was limited to one pastry and one cup of tea / coffee per guest, no cooked or other options.

Very inexpensive and nice clean room. Basic but satisfactory and coffee and continental breakfast very good.

Really good place to stay in Sheffield.

Very basic But brilliant value for money

Wouldnt recommend bathroom was dirty , 1 towel for 2 people which was like a hand towel ,barely any toilet roll ,iron we borrowed just leaked water ,staff where very quiet didnt feel warm welcome at all ,parking is very limited ,coffee was cold at breakfast , and the rooms are very hot .

I have stayed there before it is clean and in the right area for my visit. The down side was that I was in a room suited to a disabled person and I am definitely not infirm

What’s a wonderful surprise! A hidden gem, having booked online last minute in a whim we were blown away at how wonderful this hotel was, unique and quirky with everything you need, all at budget prices, we will be back for sure! The bed was sooooo comfortable!

The hotel is cheap and cheerful, and in a nice scenic area. The staff are very friendly upon arrival. However, the room had no air conditioning or fans so I did not sleep well. The hotel has some parking spaces, but you'll probably need to find to park 5-minutes away in the street

Fantastic basic but clean and comfortable, let’s face it you only need a bed, toilet and shower and for the room rate close to the city centre this place is a bargain. Will be staying again.

Was woken up by the fire alarm at 3:30 in the morning so didnt get much sleep

It has everything you need

Decent place, good location, and good price. But many students here so weekends can be rowdy.
