Loved the location

Check in instructions were incorrect - the front desk team were on another boat. A fault on board led to Intolerable noise from pumps at night meant I had to leave and find another hotel at 01:00

We were booked for two nights here, the room was small and dirty with a window in the ceiling that looks down on your bed. The toilets don't work and the room did not lock. There were people who weren't staying on the boat until 4am shouting and running around. Two of them broke into our room and when we looked for staff there was none. We booked another hotel for the next night. I don't think I'm over reacting when I say this was the worst place I've ever stayed we left because it's not safe.

The boat is well located but there are some things that are worth mentioning. The staff is ‘just doing their job’ to the minimum, on the boat you hear all the noises of other guests and staff and our cabin was leaking water (condensation) which is normal at a boat but not comfortable when it’s above the bed… Breakfast is good but also to the minimum. All together a little overpriced but the location makes it a ‘okay choice’ after all.

Ontbijt was ver onder de maat. Niks voorradig meer boter, kopjes en een vieze hond die tussen het eten door loopt de schudden. En een jonge knaap die die het runnen moet maar het werk totaal niet ziet of de interesse er niet is.

The light in the room wasn't working, and we had to use our flashlights. The staff response was oh yes we've been experiencing issues with this room, so you would expect them to check before we arrive??? Anyway to be fair they offered us in return free bike rentals for a day which we're not interested in and to try and repair the issue, which we declined because we didn't want anyone accessing the room whilst we are there. The room was really cold and the bed sheets were all very humid which we didn't understand why in the beginning. Then, during the whole night the ceiling was dripping water and my partner stayed awake all night and everything became wet, we had to reorganise our stuff in the room. I had to cut my trip shorter, we checked out on the 2nd day instead of the 3rd because we couldn't tolerate staying for one more night. The staff did ask us if something's wrong and we did explain but the feedback was okay what room? Aha ok.

The room and bathroom were very dirty!!

Pas de lumière dans chambre, plafonnier hors service. Une des couettes était humide a du être remplacée. Sur la description on parle de parking. Il n'y en a pas. Et si vos voisins sont des fêtards c'est très bruyant.

The light did not work at room and it was told that it cannot be fixed, raditor could not be turned off and the it was like a furnace, when asked they had suggested to keep the windows open, it was on a boat so you could imagine people being able into look into the rooms, I would not really stay again at this property

Adatto solo a chi si adatta. Avevamo una camera matrimoniale con bagno privato. Lo spazio era poco, noi ce la siamo cavata perché avevamo gli zaini ma con delle valigie più grandi sarebbe veramente stato difficile. La pulizia lascia molto a desiderare: a colpo d’occhio sembrava tutto ok, ma sotto il letto c’era veramente molta polvere. La cosa più grave è stata trovare il piumino del letto macchiato con delle vistose macchie di sangue. Questo mi fa pensare che tra un ospite e l’altro non vengano cambiate le lenzuola e che comunque le pulizie siano fatte un po’ alla buona. Quando ho chiesto che mi venisse dato un piumino nuovo, il receptionist è stato molto gentile e si è scusato. Altro problema per noi è stato la luce veramente flebile, non si vedeva niente tanto che dovevamo usare le torce del telefono. Abbiamo trovato un ambiente molto rumoroso, non consiglierei l’hotel a chi ha il sonno leggero. Non è colpa della struttura, ma le aree comuni si trovano proprio sopra le camere e gli altri ospiti erano davvero molto rumorosi e incuranti di chi riposava. La finestra non si poteva chiudere perché il meccanismo era bloccato, quindi sentivamo tutto. La colazione è ok, niente di speciale ma per essere su una barca va più che bene, con opzioni sia dolci che salate. Segnalo la presenza di un cane di taglia decisamente grande che dorme sui divani dove al mattino viene allestita la colazione. Non ha dato fastidio ma sarebbe giusto avvisare gli ospiti, oltre a essere poco igienico.

We had to stay on another boat that was different rooms to the boat I was meant to be staying on as keys got lost to our first room etc, and the room seemed a lot smaller than the ones on the first boat? Can I get some sort of part refund as the there was something wrong with the booking?

Great location and great environment to stay in. Owners are very friendly and knowledgeable of the local area and attractions

The cabins are located directly under the floor of the main desk: no sound isolation. No windows. A hole over your bed is connecting your cabin with the floor on the desk, enabling you to fully share the nocturnal excesses of the hotel employees and guests. Book this hotel unhesitatingly, if: you are longing for the deep experience of a passive smoker/ a passive drug consumer; if you are a foot fetishist; if you are curious to listen to the loud intimate stories of the crew members and other guests, nailed directly into your head all night long; if you fancy the music of moving chairs and falling bottles over your bed; if you like to give your clothes to the laundry after your stay. Stay away from it, if you are an old fashioned person hoping to sleep in the room you paid for, and stay healthy and sane. Picture of the hole aka ashtray attached.

No lleho el bote donde nos deberiamos haber quedado, supuestamente ibamos a tener baño pribado y tuvimos baño compartido, y la unica solucion fue ofrecernos el arriendo de las bicicletas al dia siguiente gratis, niuna devolucion de dinero, teniamos cama matrimonial y terminamos durmiemdo en camarote
