Nice hotel and perfect service

We had a lovely stay here. The staff was very helpful in organizing a few things for us with the language barrier. We loved the location.

観光に便利な場所に有り、徒歩で全て回れました。朝食は、トルコ定番の品揃え。紅茶のティーパックが無かった。周りにレストランからロカンタまで有り、魚から肉食べられます。アルコールが飲め無い店も多く、売っているスーパーが見つからなかった。循環トラムで反対側まで行くとカルフールがあります。又泊まりたいです。

Wir -3 Erwachsene- übernachteten 4 Nächte im Familienzimmer 408. Das Hotel ist direkt mitten im Bazaar, super Lage! Das Zimmer und das Bad waren ausreichend gross. Die Bettwäsche und die Handtücher waren sauber. Doch das Lavabo hatte grosse Schimmelgeflechte, enstanden weil das Lavabo nur oberflächlich an den sichtbaren Stellen geputzt wurde, aber nicht an den Kanten und Rändern. Mir wurde es jedesmal übel, als ich mir die Zähne geputzt habe. Ich habe der Putzfrau grosszügig Geld gegeben, damit sie das Lavabo putzt - aber sie hat das Geld eingesteckt, jedoch das Lavabo nicht geputzt. Generell herrschte im Bad ein starker Muffelgeruch. Preis-Leistung-Verhältnis war in Ordnung. Das Frühstückbuffet hatte frische Sachen, genug um den Tag zu starten und war akzeptabel.

Otelin konumu çok merkezi.Ücretsiz otoparkı da mevcut.Odalar tertemiz ve ferah.Kahvaltısı da güzeldi.Bir sonraki Bursa seyahatimde kesinlikle tekrar tercih ederim.

Terrible smell like sewerage and dirty rooms. Staff very friendly.

I selected the hotel, because of 1. Location, 2. Breakfast with a view, 3. Valet parking (we paid extra) and 4. Spa and pool. Location and breakfast room were good. Valet parking we paid extra didn’t happen (it was provided without problem from the other hotel before we stayed in the similar area) Spa and pool were closed (it was not for the maintenance. It would’ve been closed for a while) On the top of those, when I was having shower around 10 pm, a strong sewage smell started coming from the drainage. As it was late and we were tired, we didn’t ask to change the room. We kept the fan on and the bathroom door shut to hope at least the odour wouldn’t come to the bed area. Unfortunately, I got a stomach bug and had to go to bathroom, which was filled almost unbearable smell, many times during the night. We reported that odour when we checked out next morning. The receptionist said sorry and would report to the manager. Then she just said good-bye, not offering anything for our discomfort at the stay. In general, we were easy-to-please with most of accommodations. However, it was really bad experience and this hotel have wrong information on the listing and the staff behaviour was not as good as other similar hotels.

Konum olarak güzel yerde. Kahvaltı ortalamanın az üstü. Konfor idare eder. Kobum dolayısıyla tercih ettik. Ulu Cami, Kozahan vb tarihi yerlere yürüme mesafesinde.

Kind hospitality

Located in the middle of the Grand Bazar, we had convenient access to all the sites. Hotel staff were friendly. Tuncer even helped me book ferry tickets since I was having issues. Rooms were clean and breakfast was tasty.

Overall good. If I have to mention a negative side, I would say staff gathering at breakfast room. 5 of them formed a group like sitting in a cafe and chatting amongst themselves. For me it was really strange. Otherwise all okay. At the heart of the old town.

O atendimento dos funcionários é excelente, sempre muito prestativos. Hotel antigo em local central, onde se pode fazer tudo a pé, com muitos restaurantes e lojas próximas. Apesar de clássico, ele está muito bem reformado internamente, moderno e novo, por todo os andares tem uma máquina que exala um perfume maravilhoso, quarto novo com mobília nova, toalhas boas, cama boa. Estacionamento do lado, café da manhã bom no padrão turco e tudo sem cobrança extra. Recomendo e ficaria novamente
