The hotel is easy walking distance from the Yokohama railway station. (Note: the shinkansen trains stop at a different station much further away.) We also enjoyed visiting an excellent onsen located even closer than the station where we had a great time and enjoyed inexpensive meals too. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful but spoke little English; that's where Google Translate came in useful. We had two stays in the hotel. The first was in a regular double room which turned out to be very cramped. For the second stay, we paid extra to get a room with two beds and it was a larger room where we were much more comfortable. Both rooms included a fridge, an electric kettle and a trouser press. The TV provided only TV channels from Japan or pay-per-view movies in Japanese. The breakfast option gave us a choice of four meals, two with Japanese food and two in a western style. Unlimited soft drinks, tea and coffee came with the meals.
We would happily stay again in this hotel if returning to Yokohama.
