Absolutely loved this hotel and couldn’t fault the staff who pulled out all the stops to ensure my disabled mother and family had a great stay. The food & wine on offer were exemplary and there is a really nice choice of restaurants to visit. The pools are right next to the beach so you can do what you feel like doing. Again the service in the pool & beach areas was excellent. If I had any criticism it would be that the owners need to spend a bit of money to update some areas which were a bit tired in places but overall a really great stay with the service & efficiency from the staff the real highlight.

Service could be a bit slow, mostly once the order was placed but otherwise amazing. Great for families, incredible food, facilities, so clean, friendly staff who are great with kids

Ikos Dassia is such a beautiful hotel. Very clean and the staff can't do enough for you. Food and drink choices are amazing.

Very small basic rooms and bathrooms. Booking reservations for dinner was an all day thing on their app.

Overall beaches are nice and the property is good with variety excellent food. I am not giving it 5 stars as we did not feel the Greek vibe throughout our stay

Everything was absolutely superb. Faultless stay.

Fantastic all inclusive experience-having the use of a Tesla for the day as part of the package was amazing! Staff were all incredibly helpful and we had a wonderful time! Great choice of restaurants too!

Excellent property. Cannot rate the dining highly enough. Genuine top quality fine dining restaurant standard. Superb. No hidden extras. Perfect for those happy to just stay in the resort.

The Ikos Dassia was simply magnificent. From the wonderful service and staff, to the delicious dining options to the beautiful property, everything was first rate.

The staff is always happy to assist you and accommodate any request that you have. Hotel facilities are amazing & food was superb with lots of options.

Absolutely beautiful! The picture shown as the thumbnail is exactly what you see when you are there, and in all honestly it doesn't even do it justice! The resort was amazing, exceptionally clean and the staff is all very friendly and accommodating. The food was everything you could ask for and offered a wide array of options for every pallet. Plenty of activities to enjoy both during the day and the night and the free shuttle to Corfu Town was perfect. I would highly recommend this resort if you are looking for an unforgettable vacation. Service and options were excellent! A nice surprise for me was the kitty strays that they have on the property—they look well and some were friendly. I also enjoyed trying out the four-hands massage at the spa, something that was new for me.

Amazing experience from start to finish

Lovely hotel but inconsistent in service, food not always great and two tier system not evident when booking through Hotels.com which caused problems on arrival. Also allowing day passes to non residents when hotel was at 98pct capacity was ridiculous and the service and experience on those days were not good.
