The hotel is set on the river estuary, with beautiful views of boats bobbing up and down and a nice promenade to walk along. On arrival the lift was broken so had to carry out cases up 2 floors, it was fixed by the next day. Also we were told that the hotel was closed the next day so there were no reception, bar or food available. This seemed a bit odd for a hotel.

El servicio de recepción un desastre y la noche del sábado el hotel sin avisar hizo una fiesta con dj en el propio hotel en el interior y en la terraza a todo volumen, hasta las dos de la mañana. Por lo tanto, toda la noche sin poder dormir ni descansar, debido al volumen de la fiesta y una vez acabada toda esa gente en la calle hasta más de las tres de la mañana haciendo ruido. Un desastre, llamamos a recepción para quejarnos y nos mintieron y no hicieron nada para acabar con el ruido.

We enjoyed our stay. Being english speaking the front desk was accomodating and made us feel welcome. Our room had a balcony with a view of the river and square which was a great way to unwind. It felt like a relaxing piece of paradise

Bar and staff

Property was nice, clean, and rates were reasonable. The parking situation was not great, and the amenities promised were not available or ignored. I can recommend the property for its good location and cleanliness.

Hermoso lugar, excelente ubicación del hotel. Lo buscaría nuevamente para hospedarme en Plentzia.

English isn’t well spoken in the hotel. Restaurant there is great, excellent food and friendly staff.

Room was very small with no way to open suitcases except on bed. There was seldom if ever anyone on the reception desk. No one in the restaurant could speak English, but they were very helpful with what we could communicate. Food in the restaurant was only take out (serve yourself). But everything was very tasty. For the price, the room wasn't worth the price, but we still enjoyed ourselves in the locale.

Super Lage, tolle Aussicht vom schönen Zimmer auf Fluss, mit bequemem Bett und angenehmem Bad. Parkplatz in der Nähe. Sehr hellhörig, kein richtiges Hotelpersonal, Frühstück bitte in Bar Urdiola für 3.79:-) PS: Mitgliedervorteil Hotels.com Silver (Flasche Wein) wird nicht gewährt (hotels.com hat angeblich keinen Einfluss = Bauernfängerei?

En general bien, Tuve mala suerte pq se averió el agua caliente , aunque se solventó rapidamente. No me gusto nada el gel/champú de la ducha. Deja mucho que desear
