Always a great stay here. Staff are friendly and accommodating and the rooms are beautiful and comfortable.

The rooms is large, clean and comfortable. Bathroom is very spacious. Bed is comfortable and the breakfast was great. A lot of options and we watched the staff cook the eggs. Wonderful location as well.

Unfortunately the tv in our room would not connect to the network so Netflix and YouTube would not work.

Clean and walkable. Very charming with a side of history.

I can not say enough good things about this property. The rooms are stunning, the staff is great, and the breakfast is to die for. Though there is no gym on site, you are given access to a nearby fitness centre. We find reasons to come to PEI in the off season just to stay here!!!

The room was beautiful. Breakfast was excellent. And Ed, (Front desk) was most professional and friendly. I have already recommended the hotel to many people.

The hotel is beautiful, and the beds are so comfortable. Great service from check-in and checkout staff, as always.

When I arrived to the hotel for check in; they gave me keys to the wrong room. After double checking with reception they indicated it was right and that perhaps the door was stuck, after trying several more times to get into my room, I was greeted by a very upset person (rightfully so) who chased me down the hall to the elevator because he thought I was trying to break in. The hotel staff and manager were both aware of the situation, they didn’t offer to compensate or accommodate me in anyway. If I could leave 0 stars I would. Terrible service. Won’t be here again.

Beautiful upscale room, bathrobe and slippers provided, generous breakfast included. Stayed in the executive suite. Secured front entrance fob at night. Not run of the mill generic ambiance.

It was a beautiful room with luxurious robes, (even little slippers that I only noticed when I was leaving lol.) I loved seeing the post cards and stationary in the room binder. A lot of attention to details throughout the rooms and building. Check in and out was friendly and efficient. Bed was Super comfortable. We didn’t use the breakfast service that was included but we did go look at it. We were impressed by all that it offered not just cereal and toast. Would highly recommend and stay there again when we’re back in Charlottetown.
