A lovely little hotel just off the main promenade, the rooms were lovely and the owners and staff couldnt do enough for you. The bar and restaurant/breakfast room maybe a little dated but still presented well. I would definitely stay at Hotel Real again

The road is only small, but we were able to find a parking space. Best to arrive and depart early or late to avoid traffic. The hotel is on the sea front. We didn't have a sea view, but the balcony was still nice. Room was clean and bright. Comfortable bed, hot shower. Lovely walking out the hotel onto the promenade for a stroll in the evening. Breakfast was fabulous, care is taken over it every day. Staff are very accommodating and friendly. We stayed 2 nights and thoroughly enjoyed our time there.

The property is on the Oceanside boardwalk so it’s convenient to shopping and dining with some rooms with an ocean view. About a 10 minute walk to the ferry. Owners are lovely with the wife and daughter who speak English. The breakfast was large with lots of fruit and vegetables. Only two negatives. The property is hard to find because you can not drive up to it because of the boardwalk ( don’t believe goggle). There is a small road/ alley leading to the back door where you can park for free. It’s tight because locals park everywhere they please. Second the shower does not have a surround curtain. It only covers about half the shower. No overhead shower head. Only a lower hand held. It was impossible to not wet the whole bathroom. This may not be the shower setup in all the rooms. Great location, good breakfast and lovely owners

Fantastic property, excellent value for money with a lovely family running the show 💯💯

We had two rooms for two nights. Both rooms did not have hot water. We stayed one night and opted to leave because there was never hot water the entire time and we wanted a shower. The owner told us we would have hot water at 9:30p - we didn’t. In the morning there was no water at all. We asked to be refunded for the second night and they refused. When Expedia called the owner hung up on them multiple times. We were not refunded and lost our money. It’s a shame. The hotel is lovely. The owners are nasty people who refused to do the right thing.

Hotel reformado, claro, limpo com uma vista linda do mar e da marina, na frente da praia e uma deliciosa varanda. Foi muito bom!! Além da gentileza, educação e prestatividade dos anfitriões e sua filha.

I was so thrilled with the seaside view room i chose.. plus this hotel is so convenient for catching a bus or a tour bus and a short walk from the ferry terminal .. also a few steps from the boardwalk.. the staff at this hotel so friendly and helpful. Loved the breakfast!

During a spontaneous trip to Sarande, I found myself needing a last-minute booking that offered both proximity to the beach and convenience to the town center. Hotel Real turned out to be an excellent choice, providing everything I needed for a comfortable stay at an incredibly reasonable rate of £40 per night. I booked a lovely ensuite room for two nights, and I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the accommodation. The room featured a comfortable king-sized bed, a TV, and a balcony that offered a nice space to relax after a day of exploring. With the August heat, the air conditioning was an absolute lifesaver, making the room a cool and restful retreat. Another thoughtful touch was the inclusion of a fridge, which came in handy for keeping bottled water refreshingly cold—essential in the summer heat. The room was clean, well-maintained, and had everything I needed for a short stay. The host at Hotel Real went above and beyond in making my stay enjoyable. One particularly helpful gesture was printing out my digital Corfu ticket free of charge, saving me the hassle of finding a place to do it myself. Overall, Hotel Real offered a fantastic experience for a very reasonable price. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for comfortable and convenient accommodation in Sarande, especially if you're booking on short notice.

Väldigt trevlig personal som lät oss parkera bilen och om vi velat även checka in före utsatt tid. God frukost. Bra utsikt från balkongen. Bra läge.

El hotel está muy bien ubicado, es muy correcta la relación calidad-precio, son muy amables, siempre tratando de complacerte, y los desayunos están bien y son variados. Todo está cerca del hotel, si vas en coche se puede aparcar gratis en la calle de atrás del hotel. Recomendable

What a lovely surprise. The hotel was close to the ferry terminal and right next to the main promenade of restaurants and bars. Perfect location. The hosts were friendly and welcoming - they couldn’t do enough for you. The room was in great condition and spotlessly clean. Great view from the balcony over the sea. Fantastic value. Thank you.

The most amazingly kind and wonderful hosts!! Room was large with balcony that had a wonderful view. Bfast was great. Great location in town-- the only problem we had was finding it initially as it is down a side street- loved our stay!

We really loved this place. Highlight is certainly the location, just a few steps from the beach and the main walking area with all the restaurants. If you go to the rooftop deck, you get this incredible view of the city. The desk staff were very nice, though they didn't know English well, they were always smiling, warm, welcoming, and would have someone nearby to help with the translation. They were kind and generous. The rooms themselves are ordinary, though I was pleasantly surprised at how comfortable the beds were. Overall, we were very pleased with this place, especially the fantastic service and the optimal location.

Ein sehr schöne familiengeführte Hotel. Die Besitzer sind sehr freundlich und sorgen für seine Gäste ich durfte mir meine Frühstückszeit selber bestimmen und habe sehr leckere Sachen bekommen. Unterkunft liegt sehr zentral 5 Minuten entfernt von Fähre Terminal nach Korfu und 2 Minuten zu Fuß von bus terminal nach Tirana und auch bus stop nach Ksamil in paar Gehminuten erreichbar somit ist man nicht auf teuer Taxi Vater angewiesen. Für eine Top Lage und Freundlichkeit vergebe ich dem Unterkunft fünf Sterne denn es hat wesentlich mehr verdient als zwei👍👍👍👍

Väldigt mysigt hotell, enkelt men hade allt man behövde. Familjen som äger hotellet är väldigt vänliga och serviceminded. Kan inte engelska men fungerade med Google translate och gester. Definitivt värt pengarna
