Simple apartment/hotel, reception and service, but near to sub-way and the fair. WeChat-payment necessary, if not you have to go to the other apartment down the street to make Visa payment

The Laiste apartment that I stayed in was relatively comfortable and relatively clean. The building has a bit of a sketchy feeling, not that you are unsafe, it's just not nice. Definitely a budget location, but the price was more than I think it should have been. It is basically a residential area with a couple of buildings converted to these "hotel / apartments". The local area had convenience stores and some good local street side restaurants. It was a very "local" experience, not a pampered 5 Start hotel experience. Probably not quite worth the price.
