En particularmente esta casa siendo para renta tendrían que darle un poco más de atención el portal el piso estaba todo sucio y la alfombra que tenían en l sala es un asco yo tire foto si les gusta verla me dejan saber.

La propiedad esta muy buena para la famalia, lo único malo es que la televisión nobse pudo ver y no hay una buena comunicación con el dueño para poder arreglar cualquier inconveniente que se pueda tener con la propiedad.

Loved the pools and outdoor things. Our condo was very disappointing. The one chair was broken. Two of the beds had sheets but no blankets. The cookware was non existent we had two skillets that were awful and only one small pot. The hand vac didn't work. I would come back to the property but not the unit we were in.

It was great, really nice and spacious. I had 3 nights for 10 person and the bathroom only had one roll of paper and it was not new, we had to buy some. The kitchen didn’t had so many utensils for that many people. We put the trash outside like they told us, but the next morning it was a disaster.

The house was great! The team that assisted me always answered my questions and solve issues quickly. They were very polite and helpful. Also, it was just 20 minutes from Disney Land. Furthermore, the price is great! I am planning to go back other times.

All amenities aren’t open due to Covid but the pool and water park are and they both were great for the children and myself. Minor repairs but property had someone there in a reasonable amount of time. Returned home today after 6days and my family already wants to go back. Con: saw a bug the last day there but it may have flew in because I saw no evidence of bugs upon arrival or while staying.

The property was very nice. I just wish they had window coverings. At night, I felt like everyone could see through the back sliding glass doors. The sun came in quite bright in the morning through the bedroom blinds. I didn’t like the process of checking in. They asked for a copy of my driver’s license and credit card which I questioned and was leery to give but after confirming with a rep, I complied. So far no issues but they need to find a better process to make their guest feel secure. Due to COVID I didn’t want to be around a lot of people so I was interested in things the kids could do at the resort. The arcade was closed which was disappointing. The pool was really nice. The proximity to the theme parks was great without being in all the traffic. All in all we enjoyed ourselves. If I stay again, I will remember to ask about window treatments. It’s just creepy feeling like people are watching you.

It was ok. Wifi signal was poor. Trash in the doorway sat awhile. I didnt have parking in front of my door.

The house is average. It was clean, plenty of space for 10 to fit comfortably. The pool however was filthy. I called to have it cleaned on Saturday. I had to call back on Sunday when no one showed up. They said I had to send a picture to show the pool dirty before they could send someone, which I find ridiculous. Finally on Monday they came and cleaned the pool. I have read in many of the comments that the pool was filthy. I don't understand why they don't clean it when they clean the property for the next reservation? Other than that the property was ok for the price. It is nicely located with plenty of stores and restaurants within a five minute drive. And only about 25 minutes to most of the theme parks.

They should put in the description that the property is self servicing basically bring your own everything. Property was not properly cleaned and they did nothing about it. Nice area but will not recommend.

The place was pretty good, very spacious had a bit of issues with the cleanliness of the place, the pool needed to be cleaned, the remote controls didn’t have batteries, a couple were missing and one of the tv’s in the room was not working properly, I emailed but the issues were never addressed. If you needed the pool clean you had to send an email and photos it was just too many hoops to go through to get some basic work done. The communication with the company was not the best, I had multiple people email me about the same issues when doing the reservation. We did like pool it was a good size, the place was quiet and close to dining and shopping. 30min from Disney and 40 from Universal.

I was very dissatisfied with this trip. The check in was fine but the amenities such as the pool, the restaurant, etc. were closed for “rebranding” and I was not notified of this. The house itself was filthy and certainly wasn’t cleaned well after the last guests were there. We found food on chairs, toys all over and the walls and light switches were dirty. There were lights burnt out and a lot of handles broken. I have stayed in the past and did not experience this before. It’s usually a nice place to stay but lack of notification about the amenities and not cleaned well (especially during a pandemic) certainly will make me question staying there again

When we arrived at the property we couldn't get into the home because the code was incorrect,the next day we went to leave out & couldn't get back in with the code. We were without cable the entire weekend. We were told someone was coming out but the never arrived.

The house wasn’t clean and the pool was dirty. The refrigerator was broke. Wasn’t able to use the pool until my last two days. I never stayed in a vacation home that had clean the bathrooms. The freezer on the refrigerator kept leaking that we had to mop or keep a towel on the floor. We used coolers and ice to keep things cold. But I would never stay there again.

Excellent! The house w as amazing. My family enjoyed this beautiful house. It was very nice and beautiful, it was clean and safe. The customer service was great. I will definitely be returning to this resort soon.

The place looked exactly like it did in the pictures in person i will most likely staying there again when im in Orlando 5 bedroom 5 1/2 bathroom clean kind of quiet area which i don't mind a little noise people do wanna have fun on vacation

Beautiful property. The common pool area was beautiful. The only complaint we would have was that pool water temperature was cold.

Our stay here was great, everything was so nicely done and very clean. The private pool was so nice after a long day at Disney and the resort amenities were fun for our kids as well! Will definitely be back!

It was great. Me and my family loved the house. It was a hike to get where we wanted to go but it was worth it because the house was magnificent
