Fantastic! Definitely stay again

L’hôtel est génial. Situé en plein centre avec un tram devant l’entree de l’hôtel. Tout est à côté. Et le personnel au top, avec mention ++ à Arron qui m’a bien conseillé à toute mes demande pour les sorties.

All fine generally. TV in weird position at very foot of bed and, no doubt as a result, was broken, albeit not a big issue for me.

Staff were great, room was clean, and it was ideal for the event I was attending.

The room (s) was clean and nice. We had some issue with some electrical, so we got a free upgrade on our room (2 grades up), because we had to changer rooms. But that went smooth and nice. Happy with the kitchen corner, fridge and freezer. The hotel is perfectly located in "dead center of town". Just of Arndale and Printworks, so close to Deansgate, Market St, Northern Quater and Piccadilly. I would higly recomend this hotel and I will probably stay here next time as well (I have been going to Manchester for 20 years, this has to be my favourite so far).

Great location close to shops and AO arena. In plenty of restaurants as well underneath the hotel. Room size was okay with large bathroom although when having a shower the water runs on to the bathroom floor as there is no door. Kitchen area was good and useful for having cereal in your room. The complementary coffee and croissant was okay shame they don't offer pan au chocolate. Check in was easy and the late check out for £10 good value. Sofa bed a little uncomfortable and okay for a couple of nights for my son who isn't too big. TV is a bit outdated and won't allow you to connect an iPad to stream your own content.

Fantastiskt läge, bra med pentry skulle önska fler stolar/sittplatser. Vi hade bara en stol för en grupp om fyra.

Not very close for vehicle access and taxis tend to go to the other end of the square

Property was excellent value for money. It was very clean and really comfortable and well equipped for self-catering. Ideally situated in the centre of the city.

Beautiful Hotel and very welcoming atmosphere and very friendly front desk staff- really well located and the studio room was just perfectly sized and stocked! - we had the most wonderful stay here- thank you.

Glass cutting board was very unpleasant to use and no designated place in the bathroom to hang towels but everything else was very orderly and when we had a clog in our shower, utility services helped us out very quickly and cleanly.

This hotel is ideally located, close to shopping, dining and the rail station. Staff was friendly and accommodating. The room was clean, spacious and well-equipped, with a nice kitchenette and a view of the cathedral. My only complaint was that my room location required me to take the lift, then walk down a long hall through several doorways, and negotiate some half-dozen steps -- a bit awkward with the luggage. Otherwise it was a quite comfortable and affordable stay, and I would definitely recommend it to friends visiting Manchester.

Staff were amazing. Sadly the room I thought I’d booked in the pic was not the one I got. Having no air con in a room that doesn’t have any opening windows was stuffy to say the least. Also having an oil radiator to heat the whole room wasn’t ideal either.
