建物やベッド、布団は年季入っているが不潔な感じはしなかった。 全体的に埃っぽくて、拭き掃除みたいなことはされてないように思えた。 お湯が使える時間帯に制限があるらしくて、初日の深夜はお湯が出なかった。（もしかしたら冬と夏で事情が変わるのかもしれないが） 従業員の方々はフレンドリーで英語が通じた。荷物の受け取りもしてもらえた。 ルームサービスで料理を注文する事もできるらしい。今回利用しなかったが、インドの電話番号がなくてZomato等利用できない旅行者にとってはありがたいと思う。目の前に綺麗めなレストランもある
