The unit was well equipped and far more spacious than motel rooms af a similar price.

This review is based purely on our experience and applies to 115A (the slightly cheaper of the two suites). The short of it is - if you are over 6' tall, or have a problem with stairs, or a light sleeper (all of which apply to me), then look elsewhere. If none of these are a problem for you, then the location is good. Walkable to downtown, very close to a great cafe and bakery for breakfast. As stated in another review, the photos don't do the space justice. It is roomy, although everything is interconnected - ie there is no separate bedroom. The bed is comfortable, as is the lounge. Huge TV and the kitchen facilities are fine - if not a little weird with the way the laundry is installed - but not a show-stopper. Communications with the owner were clear and timely. 115A is upstairs, having to cross through a common access area with a business. This was not really an issue - but just a little odd. It is a narrow and quite long staircase. For the fit and healthy - this should not be an issue. I am a light sleeper and the traffic noise in the morning did wake me. It is located on one of the main arterial roads into town. As for being over 6' - an early morning wander to the bathroom resulted in me cracking my head on a ledge above the toilet. If you are under about 6', or don't need to take bathroom breaks in the dark - then you should be fine. Oh - and to the owner, please ensure the kitchen rubbish bin is empty for new tenants in future.

The unit was very well equipped, spacious and comfortable. There were a number of maintenance issues, but the owner quickly responded and wasn’t aware of them but would address them promptly. We would stay here again.

Beautiful apartment close to the centre of town

A great apartment that is actually bigger than it looks in photos. Close to town, you could probably walk in to main part. Aldi is only a block away and fast food close enough to walk. Would stay again and definitely recommend it. Only two minor faults that aren’t that bad, the shower water goes everywhere over bathroom floor as no full screen. Also the aircon doesn’t completely cool the whole apartment to the bedroom, otherwise was great.

Very tidy apartment with really good amenities.

The shower needs a shower screen or swinging door as its too open and splashes water everywhere. Bed was comfy lounge was not. Love the large tv. Liked having a kitchen.

We like its location, size, configuration, having a laundry.

There are two apartments co-located with a small insurance office. We stayed in the upstairs one. Entry instructions via text was fine. The apartment was clean and comfortable for two people and everything worked. Location is 3-4 blocks from most shops and restaurants.

Great place, clean and tidy

Central location in town, Comfortable bed, full kitchen and fridge/laundry dryer. Very clean!! Only negative feedback is the bathroom shower needs more water pressure was very low and needs a glass door or curtain as water goes everywhere outside the shower.
