Staff was highly attentive. Rooftop bar and pool were delightful. Breakfast at Virens restaurant in the lobby each day was the best I’ve ever experienced. Location 1 block to shopping. Can’t beat it!

Room was actually dark with no natural light as it was on the lowest floor possible facing a building which felt like it was adjoining the hotel building.

Staff was very courteous and rooms were very clean but small. We had an extremely warm welcome and were given complementary breakfast for our entire stay as we reached the hotel a day later.

Clean room friendly staff

This hotel needs renovation. The lobby looks good, but my suite was very outdated, making the $1000 per night rate hard to justify. Despite informing staff of our wedding anniversary, they didn’t offer congratulations. When we requested a taxi to the airport, a black van arrived. Curious about the fare, we asked at the front desk, which claimed it was the same as a regular yellow taxi, but it turned out to be much pricier. I can't recommend this hotel.
