It was very small, but I believe that is a standard in London

The breakfast was great and the restaurant in the evening was top class. The room and service was excellent. The access stairs to the room were narrow and steep, not suitable for the elderly. Overall highly rated.

well situated in the middle of cornwall and easy to get to all the popular tourist destinations. lovely place, lovely staff and lovely food could not want for more.

The hotel was spotless. Staff were friendly and very welcoming. The room was spacious, comfortable and with all we needed for our stay. We also ate in the restaurant for dinner which was delicious. A delicious breakfast each morning too. We won't hesitate to stay at the hotel again.

All round nice hotel

Awful bed, really uncomfortable and lumpy mattress. The bathroom wall beside the shower had a hole in it (about the size of a 5p coin). That had cellotape covering it. Really noisy location, could hear people shouting at each other in the street at 02:00. On a brighter note, the restaurant wasn’t too bad food wise, but really slow service.

Good location, good service, very clean. The room is rather basic but it suited us for one night stay.

The room wasn’t ready at check in and we had to wait but it was spotless and comfortable. The breakfast was a little stingy…

The Hospitality from the Staff made my stay very enjoyable.Very accommodating. If you like a traditional English Breakfast you will not be disappointed in what you are served. The evening meal’s are varied but they are well presented and highly enjoyable.

This was a last minute booking and the room was very clean and comfortable and no disturbances during the night which was a bonus for us. The shower was amazing and staff efficient and friendly Lovely vegetarian breakfast Would recommend a stay there.

The only slight disappointment was the waiting time at the table for our meals which is why I only scored four stars on service. However, everything else was superb. The food was beautifully presented and absolutely delicious. The rooms were clean and well kept. The staff were extremely pleasant and courteous and we would not hesitate to stay again in the future.

Very clean, staff bent over backwards to do anything for us. Very comfortable bed, super clean bathroom.

Ne mérite aucunement la classification 3 étoiles. "Grand lit" 120 cm de large. Matelas inconfortable. Taches sur les moquettes couloir et salle à manger. Occultation de fenêtre perfectible.

Lovely large room with lots of storage options - clearly had a recent upgrade. The staff and food are very good - could do with some fruit at breakfast though.

Lovely little hotel. Staff very helpful and polite.Even offered to carry out case to the room Room was immaculately clean as were all the public areas Had a smart TV which was an added bonus. Lovely complimentary breakfast. Catered for my husband who is gluten intolerant.

The hotel was ok, but the room was tiny! Not even a wardrobe or table. The bed was not comfy at all! However it was clean and good bathroom Breakfast you had to pre order and was quick service But you do not see any staff around which was strange!
