Excellent property, great staff, good location

Great location - wonderful breakfast, great stay! The mandatory daily valet of $45 and $30 resort fee is quite high and there are no cheaper options for parking.

Loved the swimming pool and access to the beach.

The room wasn’t clean

Didn't like that the Uber drivers couldn't find the hotel and I have to call two ubera

Had another great experience at this hotel from start to finish. We enjoyed the pool area, each day, and Jojo is a great asset in the bar, serving drinks and food, as well as keeping things tidy. Well done Jojo. We were warmly welcomed when we arrived and Hela kindly let us have a late check out, as our flight was in the evening. Close to many restaurants, Publix and pharmacies, easy to walk to for whatever you may need.

We spent absolutely amazing time at this hotel. Nice ovean view. Very Clean hotel. The personell is very well trained and caring . The breakfast is amazing . Highly recommend this hotel.

The room had a nice view of the beach from accross the street. The size was very tight though, not much room to move around. The TV was attached to the side wall by the bed so we had to be careful not to hit our head with the TV. It was nice and convenient to have breakfast included every day.

It was a good place. Location is great. Have a 2 parks close there. Staff are nice. Rooms are clean.

Poor service at $400 per night! Poor service from a Marriott. Hvac was not working in my room. I called , spoke with the reception desk 3 times . They did not care to take care of it for the whole stay , did not offer me another room either . Did not careIt was too hot in the room and you could not ope the windows either. As I got in the elevator another guest told me that w They were in my room , ac did not work and they had to be moved to another room, So this was a problem they did not care to fix but gave the room to me. Very disappointing

As pessoas da recepção não são nada simpáticas. Não há ninguém para ajudar com as malas. O que mais gostamos foi o atendimento do Gerald no bar, excelente atendimento e pessoa muito simpática. O bom é que todos os dias, tem 2 drinks e 2 águas. O quarto é confortável, mas o banheiro não estava limpo, cheio de cabelos no chão.

I’ve started at other Residence properties

Nice location, very close to Beaches, many option for dining around the hotel. Rooms good but not perfect condition, door does not close self. Breakfast and breakfast roof very good. Staffs was very good.
