Great location which is close to the historical sites. The staff are wonderful and the breakfast is fresh and tasty. There is good safe parking nearby and access to the Hillel is very good. We saw lots of people dragging luggage through paved roads looking for their Air B&B which showed us that a great location this hotel is in. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone.

Super clean, easy to get too, parking close, right on the walking trail….not much more needed than this spot. Oh, the best bed I’ve slept in during my 2 week visit of italy.

마테라에 도착했을 때부터 정말 따뜻하게 맞아준 호텔이었습니다. 리셉션에서 친절하게 호텔 내부를 안내해주셨고, 특히 가장 전망이 좋은 곳을 먼저 보여주셨을 때 이미 이 호텔이 마음에 들기 시작했습니다. 객실은 매우 깨끗하고 따뜻하며 청결했고, 위치 역시 시내와 주요 관광지까지 금방 걸어갈 수 있어 매우 편리했습니다. 무엇보다 가장 인상적이었던 점은 아침 식사를 야외에서 할 수 있었다는 것입니다. 맛있는 아침을 먹으며 아름다운 마테라의 풍경을 바로 눈앞에서 감상할 수 있다는 것은 정말 큰 행운이었고 잊을 수 없는 경험이었습니다. 마테라에 있는 숙박시설 중 최고의 시설이라고 자신 있게 말할 수 있어요. 그리고 가장 감사했던 부분은, 체크아웃 후 제가 자켓을 호텔에 두고 떠났다는 사실을 밤이 되어서야 알게 되었을 때입니다. 저는 이미 나폴리에 있었기 때문에 다시 가지러 갈 수 없었는데, 호텔 측에서 저 대신 로마의 다음 숙소로 택배 발송을 친절하게 도와주셨습니다. 뿐만 아니라 자켓을 정성스럽게 포장해 보내주시고, 상자 안에 마테라 엽서까지 선물로 넣어주셨습니다. 이보다 더 감동적인 서비스가 있을까요? 다음에 마테라에 다시 방문한다면 저는 주저 없이 이 호텔을 다시 선택할 것입니다. 누가 마테라 숙소를 추천해달라고 한다면, 저는 Hotel Belvedere를 가장 먼저 추천할 거예요. 마지막으로, 제 자켓을 찾아주고 끝까지 도움을 주신 모든 직원분들께 진심으로 감사드립니다.

What a lovely hotel. The view from the terrace where you can have breakfast or an evening nightcap is extraordinary The staff was helpful and personable. Highly recommended

Nice spacious clean rooms. Bathroom had an excellent shower. Spectacular views from the patio/dining area. Friendly staff. The only negative was that our room was on the second floor and the elevator did not go there, so that if someone has difficulty walking, that room would not be suitable. A family member had a room on the 1st floor so there was no problem.

A gorgeous view of the Sassi and Matera. We were a quick walk from sites and food, plus had easy free parking close by. The staff were very friendly and the room was gorgeous. Be ready to get your stair-master on. There was an inside direct road into Matera Saadi center, but we preferred to wander the old part with gorgeous views over the valley. So up and down we went.

Lovely hotel and amazing terrace with the absolute best view over Matera. Wonderful breakfast buffet with great coffee served out on the terrace, staff were all very helpful and great to enjoy some afternoon drinks after exploring all day with an incredible view.
