The owner was so friendly and made us feel right at home! He made us a delicious breakfast and was so accommodating. The bed was comfy and the decorations were beautiful and artsy. Right there at the ocean!! So lovely!

I stay away on business regularly and this guest House absolutely stuck out from the rest. Some lovely little touches in the room to help me sleep. Full English breakfast was absolutely on point. Definitely staying here again

Stayed for a week and had a wonderful stay. Exceptionally friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was outstanding. So close to the beach and the pier! Will definitely stay again!

A beautiful big twin room with sea views. Excellent owners. Extra touches such as brownies cookies and pillow spray in the room. Fantastic location by the sea and the pier. Value for money. We will be back!

Gyves guest house was amazing, the owners went above and beyond with lots of little touches including homemade brownies in our spotless room. The breakfast menu catered for all, lovely fresh homemade produce. Will definitely be returning and recommending to friends and family.

John and Sarah could'nt do enough for us, they were perfect hosts. Great location, you can see the sea from the front bedroon which was lovely. A great room with lots of space and very nice decoration. A perfect location if you like running, swimming or walking. Lots of choice for breakfast and cooked really well. If you want to stay in Eastbourne Gyves guest house is a perfect place to stay.

Big rooms. Warm welcome. Everything worked perfectly in the room and bathroom. Very pleasant experience staying there. Couldn’t be nearer to the beach.
